“Everything was perfect comparing to the boiling springs location. I thought it was weird that when using my mobile app it said I couldn’t use the drive thru. But now I understand, my food was hot and ready when I got there even tho I placed the order 2 mins before. And everything was perfect, even down to the condiments. And great customer service. “I'm originally from TX and Whataburger was a staple of excellence in the burger world moved out here in SC over 25y ago and was taken back to come eat at a restaurant I had long almost sense forgotten.....IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! PLEASE GET A WHATABURGER IN THE SUMMERVILLE AREA SOON......Mr. Makenzie was on point as well the staff super friendly as in very respectful it was VERY BUSY and our order was taken quickly and our wait was maybe 5 min for our food.. “This is the only fast food restaurant I've been to with carpet in the dining area. Probably the nicest fast food dining area I've been in. I went for the Arby Qs. They were delicious. I wish they were bigger. My wife had the burger which was also good. I rarely go to Arby's and I'm never disappointed when I do go. Food always fresh and delicious. This Arby's was very clean. We were the only one in the dining area. And of course, the fries were excellent. Thanks.“

“I had an unusual experience at the local Arbys drive thru. I am disabled and on oxygen so the drive thru is great . Sometimes the person in the window is uncomfortable with my appearance and that makes me uncomfortable. The young man at that drive thru not only greeted me with a warm smile he also asked if I was ok and did I need anything. I was very pleased and wish I had written this that day. With all the negative news about the disabled and people of color I wanted to share his kindness and smile with everyone. Guys like that make my day.“

“I’m from Philly and just moved here! I stumbled upon this spot through TikTok’s @we_forked_up page. Today was my second visit, and I got chicken, mac and cheese, greens, sweet potato crunch, and a pot pie. The pot pie today definitely reminded me to leave a review—I’ve never had a pot pie that tasted this good, except for what I make at home! The food is so good! And the mac and cheese and sweet potato crunch are superb as well.“

“I was a DoorDasher tonight for this Arby’s being one of my jobs and I must say the manager Jacob and the employee Olivia were absolutely amazing to be acquainted with! They greeted me and I told them I was there for a door dash and they were very nice and polite with me, and I really appreciated it! I’m not social often, but tonight was an exception because of the great atmosphere they gave me in return! I would definitely come here or recommend it to anyone as long as they’re working! I almost started singing with Olivia because I have a sister of the same name and she reminded me of my sister and my experience was very welcoming! I recommend them for a huge raise if possible! I would say that was the best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant ever of all time! All due to two respectful joyful souls that so happen to worked that night! “I seldom visit mcds. We've been here 6 times. This location has it going on! The food is consistently cooked right, comes out blazing hot, yay! And they have not messed up an order yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Keep it up. We drive 25 minutes for this one, passing atleast 5 others that consistently overcharge and mess it up. Good job!“

When I was ready to enjoy my salad I couldn't find the fork anywhere. Turns out I never got one. That was a bummer, so I had to eat the salad with my fingers.
