Also ordered the fresh avocado & chips. The grilled shrimp taco was just ok, but all else was GREAT. Lots of these (Folly Beach) restaurants have flour-based wraps and breaded meats.. you can find GF choices, but it's limited.“

“The first time we came we ordered Tlayudas de asada and they were delicious! I have been looking for a place (North and South Carolina) that has Tlayudas with the flavor and crunchy that I remember when a classmate invited me to eat a homemade Tlayuda. We stopped again and ordered a Carnitas one and it did not disappoint us! my husband also wanted a torta which again was so delicious!! My brother and I can never agree on the flavor and quality food from many restaurants or food trucks. However, he said he really enjoys the food from Mi Lindo Oaxaca too.“

“I could not recommend this place more. The food was fantastic, the drinks were phenomenal- this is the first $16 margarita I ever said was worth it. Don't let the location scare you off: this is some genuine Mexican cuisine with all the flavors. Victor took care of us and was super nice and very accommodating.

He was incredibly supportive, all while I was having an anxiety attack. No one made him do that. but if this restaurant employ as a kid like that, then they’re five stars in my book. “The flavors of this place are phenomenal. The Fajitas Texanas for two feeds 3 or 4 people easily. I appreciate that they offered several different sides, including steamed mixed vegetables. The atmosphere was fun and engaging. While we sat inside, there was plenty of outdoor seating. Our waitress wasn't attentive after our dishes were delivered, but seemed in a rush to clear our food away well before we got our check and were ready to go.“

“We have eaten here several times as it's such a great family friendly option close to home and always delicious. Today, I was out with my baby and newly potty trained 2 year old when he suddenly had to use the bathroom. I quickly pulled over expecting to go to Starbucks to let him use the bathroom and of course buy a coffee. Starbucks was closed for renovations. Agaves graciously let us use their restroom even though I had no time to eat there. We will certainly visit ASAP this week. I really appreciated their compassion as the gift shop next door denied us use of their restroom. Thank you Agaves for your empathy and kindness, something often lacking in this country.“
