“I’ve eaten in and have also ordered takeout. The food is always excellent and the service is very pleasant. I go as an individual customer quite often but today my daughter’s company, AHT, In North Charleston had their Christmas luncheon catered and everything was absolutely awesome and everyone that I know was well pleased with the food. It was mentioned but a manager that the restaurant staff was in the restaurant at 6:30 AM preparing the food all Homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.“

“the rudeness and lack of ability to take care of customers (make a pizza within an hour and not talk on a cell phone during a problem) ruins it for the nice employees there. This place will survive purely out of convenience and not for satisfactory service or product.“

“My wife and I came for a free slice promotion. We bought some drinks and a cookie to offset the free slice. We each asked for one slice, but when our box came out, there were several slices in there for each of us! The guys working there were incredibly nice, laughing and joking with us the whole time we were waiting for the pizza. The pizza was delicious! Will definitely be back!“

“Great regular or Chicago crust pizza.
We really liked their salad; wasn't just iceburg lettuce.
Very nice staff. But very small dining area. Think we'll just pick it up from now on.
Had both crusts, and the thick crust is worth the wait.“

“Ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza at 11 pm and I must say they love their work. Everytime I've ordered from this restaurant they have never disappointed me. My friends wanted to give it a try and got the all meat. Of course I had to try it and it was absolutely amazing. Price is worth it“

“Not going to lie, the first time i went here, this place sucked. I went around 11am; super skimpy toppings in spite of ordering extra. Gave them another chance mainly on behalf of my son and the pizza was awesome! We went at about 9:30pm. Maybe from now on I will go at night. Be sure to use the app for coupons!

“Best pizza in the Cane Bay area hands down. The staff is mostly teenagers but you wouldn't notice based on the great quality. Delivery drivers are quick and polite. I always give at least a $10 tip with this traffic and more if its a large order.“

“Grabbed pizza Thursday night and just wanted to say what great "kids" work there! This is the second time in a few months we have stopped in and both times we have had such great customer service from your employees. Two different sweet girls waited on us and both left such a great impression! I see great things in their future! Obviously the pizza is a great value but even more impressed with the customer service!“

“I just want to send my sincere THANK YOU to Santazia!!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND when my delivery order was picked up by an Uber Driver and then cancelled by the Uber Driver while it was on the way. The delivery cancellation was NOT Pizza Huts doing. It was the Uber Driver. Santazia was so sweet and professional and definitely a true asset to your team! She helped me with my order and rallied a new driver for my delivery while she re-entered my order so that my food would arrive to me nice and hot and fresh! Santazia even took an extra step and called me back once my order had left with the new driver and headed my way! OUTSTANDING!! ✨Santazia, your personality shines through your voice on the phone and your desire to make it right was above and beyond! THANK YOU! “Our group held a Super Bowl party at steel City and the staff went above and beyond for us. Gerald was amazing from day one helping us with a perfect menu within our budget. Lisa was our designated server and made sure everything went smoothly from the timescales in until we left. Looking forward to many more events in the future at Steel City !!“
