We’ll definitely go back when we’re in town from Utah!“

“Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.“

“I heard the slices were big but you have to see it in person as it is definitely a great slice of pizza. I also like that they have a board for local companies and I added my repair/remodeling card.“

“The food and service are both great but we always have to move the tables and chairs outside for my wheelchair to get past to get inside. If the owner sees this, please just put the tables and chairs up against the wall and they can be pulled out as needed when people want to use them, that way people with mobility aids can use the sidewalk.“

“I'm always on the hunt for the best pizza, and tonight we tried Donato's for the first time. We got the Classic Trio hand-tossed, and the Founders Favorite thin. Both were fantastic!

The sauce is superb, like a Nonna slow-simmered it from a secret family recipe. It's vibrant, with a hint of sweetness and such depth of flavor. It's the perfect consistency and the perfect coverage on both types of crust.

The house-recipe sausage is spectacular, and the thin crust stands up to the multiple toppings on the Founders Favorite. The hand-tossed crust is delicious and even more delectable dipped in the garlic butter.

We ate half of them before I even got a picture, that's how good they are. These pies are the real deal, and that sauce is gonna keep me coming back.“

“Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.“

“This is one of the best pizza places around! The dough always tastes fresh, and they often have plenty of coupons available on their app for takeout. Orders are prepared quickly, and most of their food is consistently delicious. However, the garlic knots and choco lava cake are absolute must-tries. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides excellent service.“

“The pull in is a little small for it being off such a busy street. Parking on one side is more suited for walk-ins while the other side is more suitable for pick ups and of course the drive thru pick up window. By far, the drive up window is great. The times I have gone in, it has always been very clean. The staff has always been pleasant.“

“Grabbed pizza Thursday night and just wanted to say what great "kids" work there! This is the second time in a few months we have stopped in and both times we have had such great customer service from your employees. Two different sweet girls waited on us and both left such a great impression! I see great things in their future! “As usual, good food but not so much with the service. Although I will tell you, you got one person that is very professional and acted appropriately. But this was after I stood there for at least 5 awkward minutes while one person stood there holding a phone but not speaking, then another two people arguing back and forth and not remotely acknowledging my existence.
