“9/30/25 I made the mistake of placing a pick-up order at the wrong site(Sigma instead of Carnes) The young lady that came over to re-take my order at the drive-thru with no issues despite it being at the wrong location I THANK YOU!! “Let me first start off by saying. I live about 20 minutes away from the Nexton location. But there is one about 5 minutes from my house. But I will drive the 20 minutes. Just because this is my favorite location. From all the amazing barista’s. I can’t name each and every one of them. But Ty and Brook are the ones I can’t forget. They are the sweetest. And you always see a smile on all of there faces. There always laughing. And even when it’s there rush time. There quick to say I’m sorry for the wait. But it might take a few more minutes. With a smile still on there face. I pray all the barista’s that work at this location never leave. Because they are the reasons I will forever drive the 20 minutes. So if any of them happen to see my review. Just by my drink order. They know exactly who I am. The second I walk thru the door. Or even when I pull up to there speaker. So this is my order.

“The employees were pleasant and patience with my friend order in the drive thru. She can be a bit picky sometimes but Pleasant. They were young kids too taking the order so I really admire their professionalism, must have a really good manager at that location.“
“Whoever was working at 5pm today a dark skinned sweet girl that made my drink definitely got cracked last night not only was it good but it looked so pretty ( Carmel ribbon crunch frap with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps of dark Carmel and then like the cup with caramel is my order)“
