“Had lunch here today; Jaden took our order and was not only very friendly but on top of things the whole time. There was a mixup in the kitchen with one of our orders involving an allergy (not Jaden’s fault; he took our order perfectly and confirmed all the details), but he still did an excellent job of efficiently getting it sorted out, and even though the restaurant was busy he took the time to make sure we were all taken care of. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while.“

“Smells yummy when you walk in.
Friendly staff. Menu is easy to read with large print. Stocked options. Restaurant is clean. Location seems simple enough, I wasn’t in town long enough to get to know the area. Overall good first time visit to any firehouse subs. Sandwich came well packed in its own disposable dish, that’s a nice feature I wasn’t expecting.
Edit: I’m not a fan of the honey ham. I found the ham too sweet and downgraded the overall sandwich experience.
I also looked over the receipt and see I was charged $1.50 for a pickle spear, now I will say the pickle spear was unexpectedly more flavorful. The zest of garlic and pickling spices added a nice touch to the meal, but shame on the restaurant for charging $1.50 for a spear and not even letting the customer know there was an extra charge.
Star deduction for the ham and the uninformed up charge.“

“Subs are always great, and customer service is awesome! I've always had a good experience here. The only times I've had something wrong with an order is when it was pretty busy. Which is understandable, of course. So I personally avoid busy/peak hours when I eat here.“

“I was delivering cars to the enterprise next door, seen the sign so I figured I get a sub but walked in and changed my mind and got a chef salad. I swear it’s the best salad I’ve had in years. I’m a car hauler who lives in GA and i got the salad around 8 pm didn’t get home till midnight and the Salad was delicious still. I wish they had some out in Ga cause I want another one so bad!!!“

“They took out the nice seating and replaced it with cramped, cheap booths. It feels very confined and unwelcoming.. food was good, servers seemed overwhelmed as two people had to handle food preparation, guests, drive through and register. Subway can do better!“
“I was always a big fan of their chocolate chip cookies but, the quality of the cookies has gone down lately. Just way too much chocolate chips in the cookies that it overpowers the cookie itself. You can't taste the cookie from the chips and you are left with a chocolatey mess on your hand, especially if you are driving.“

“Stopped in on 7/19/24 for lunch. The staff was so nice and the large #19 was one of the best subs I've had in years. My hats off to everyone today and I will be back even if I did drive 50 miles for it. It was worth it. Keep up the great work.“

“After reading the reviews I decided to go for lunch. Employees were excellent. Sandwich was exactly as ordered. Found a new place for subs. Best sub restaurant in town. Highly recommend!! Didn’t have ONE single issue with the food or the employees.“
