“First time at a Subway in about 20 years. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sandwich was great as was service and the place was clean. Also, the rolls were fresh unlike a nearby sandwich shop that I stopped patronizing due to their stale roles. A tip to remember. If your are served toasted rolls or bread, it is because they are stale.“

“Virginia runs a really tight shift. Everything is clean and the food is exceptional. the minute you walk in the door they speak to you and you can tell they have a local following. We eat there twice a week. She deserves a gigantic Christmas bonus because people like that are hard to find!“

“I think her name is Barb. She was awesome. She was busy when we walked in and after we walked in, there was a trail of people behind us. Some how I froze the machine. She told me to just start eating and could pay after the rush was over. She trusted a total stranger to eat the pay. And it seemed like everyone in line knew her. This location should be proud She is there. Keep up the great work.“

“This was my second visit to this location & it did not disappoint. I usually get the same thing every time , but this time I had the Italian .The sub was delicious. I prefer the boars head meats served at Firehouse. The sweet tea wasn't watered down & sweetened perfectly which is rare!
The wait was longer than usual because they had a large to go order before I came in. I wasn't really thinking much about it as I was enjoying my Funyuns & the good music. A young lady apologized for the wait & gave me a cookie. Thank you , that was so thoughtful. The first time I was in this store a couple of months ago I noticed how well the staff seemed to work together. It was nice getting the same vibe again today. Everyone who entered was greeted. Nice teamwork at this location on hwy 544 near Target.

“Every time I go to this location the young lady that has been there for a while is the best! She is very friendly and efficient with my family’s order. She even lets my son make sure he has enough ranch on the sandwich, and cuts it the way he likes. I need to get her name next time. Thank you guys on Dick Pond!!!“

“Best Subway on the beach! 1 of the best Italian subs I've ever had & the workers were do nice! The little lady that says she takes pride in her subs, & she was old school was amazing! I have worked customer service for 50 years and m9stly u get complaints so I wanted u to know I happy I was with everything! “Rowanna and Keisha took me by great shock. I was in there about 4-6 weeks ago right as they were about to close, ordered my sandwich and went about my way. I returned today, and rowanna greeted me kindly and said what can I get for you hon? And before I could answer she said “giant #11 with American cheese? White bread?” I honestly looked behind me to make sure she was talking to me because I was honestly SHOOK. She remembered my order from being there one time. She said I was there twice but the time before last was sometime in the summer. Absolutely impeccable service. Truly Amazing and so sweet they both are. Not to mention, the bread at this location is always the most fresh.“

“I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was really nice—clean, welcoming, and perfect for a casual meal. I ordered a sub, but they accidentally gave me a different one. To my surprise, it was extremely good and a decent size! I appreciated the generous portions and fresh ingredients. Even though it wasn't the sub I originally ordered, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend giving it a try. I’ll be back for sure!“

“Great food and service tried the new ft long cookie very good indeed and we tried the pretzel which left me dissatisfied with the quality auntie Anne shame on you and why not offer a cheese option with it please no honey mustard. And for that I bummed the food stars down. I'm a salty snacker and it's something for me to say glowing remarks about sweets, but let me tell you Subway is onto something here!!! High high remarks for the consistency, somewhere in that prime area of a slightly undercooked brownie. Mmmmm even the memory of it now mwah!! As for the cookies make as I said I'm prone to salty snacking, so I find that balance between the very rich chocolate chips and buttery dough to be spot on indeed. All that for the price is a steal. I also had the boss sub on Italian herb and cheese which the sub artist constructed as beautifully as it tasted, but we all know that already. The highlight from this attendance was deffinatly the new sidekicks, a very big win for the ft long cookie, and a major major loss on the pretzel. Then again maybe I over hyped myself up for it.“

“Great service and employees. I came in for lunch with my service dog. The store manger, brought some water over, in a bowl for my service dog. Without even asking and my dog carries her own bowl. Since shes always working. We will definitely be coming back, when I get my craving for broccoli cheese soup ? Thank you making us feel welcomed ?“
“This little sub shop is worth a visit. My wife and I had lunch at Jimmy John’s while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. There was plenty of parking and the tables and restaurant were very clean. We received very friendly and fast service. There were a variety of delicious options.“

“We just moved in around tbe corner and decided to give it try. We were excited ! Honestly..eeh..Super dissapointing :(.We wanted to eat in and chill for a minute but it wasnt meant to be,lol. I used the restroom while they were making our order. 1 half of a pretty large toilet paper dispenser fell off , without being touched and hurt my leg and ankle. Then, went out to take a seat and asked for subway guest wifi password. They said they dont have one. I so I showed her my screen ,where it was asking for one. The head young lady ,tells me in several ways, they dont know it🤣 We ordered 2 meatball subs. I asked her 3 times for extra napkins. She abruptly told me 3 times they put them in the bag. I said thank you but, We will need a couple extra please. No go. When we opened the bag there were 2 small crumpled napkins in the very bottom. The subs tasted very good but had way to much sauce. I ruined my clothing as did my guest. Both wearing white of course 🤣🤣🤣. Idk, they need to be a bit more customer centric perhaps as we do have a subway on every corner pretty much in myrtle beach. We will go else where next time. UPDATE: Ijust went back inside the resturant and asked if I could please have some napkins now and / or a wet paper towel? I showed her my ruined clothes and told her 2 other people with us had ruined clothes as well. HERE'S THE KICKER! She was rude and I asked for her managers name. She told me she didnt have one! Owners card or name, NOPE! Finally, I asked who hired her? And she continued on, no boss, no manager, no owner ,I kid you not ! She finally said, we have a GM. My reply was great! What is his name? How can I contact him. She told me they dont know his name or how to contact anyone, no boss, no owner, no corp?! I wonder who pays her 😅“
