“Virginia runs a really tight shift. Everything is clean and the food is exceptional. the minute you walk in the door they speak to you and you can tell they have a local following. We eat there twice a week. She deserves a gigantic Christmas bonus because people like that are hard to find!“

“First time at a Subway in about 20 years. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sandwich was great as was service and the place was clean. Also, the rolls were fresh unlike a nearby sandwich shop that I stopped patronizing due to their stale roles. A tip to remember. If your are served toasted rolls or bread, it is because they are stale.“

“I think her name is Barb. She was awesome. She was busy when we walked in and after we walked in, there was a trail of people behind us. Some how I froze the machine. She told me to just start eating and could pay after the rush was over. She trusted a total stranger to eat the pay. And it seemed like everyone in line knew her. This location should be proud She is there. Keep up the great work.“

“This was my second visit to this location & it did not disappoint. I usually get the same thing every time , but this time I had the Italian .The sub was delicious. I prefer the boars head meats served at Firehouse. The sweet tea wasn't watered down & sweetened perfectly which is rare!
The wait was longer than usual because they had a large to go order before I came in. I wasn't really thinking much about it as I was enjoying my Funyuns & the good music. A young lady apologized for the wait & gave me a cookie. Thank you , that was so thoughtful. The first time I was in this store a couple of months ago I noticed how well the staff seemed to work together. It was nice getting the same vibe again today. Everyone who entered was greeted. Nice teamwork at this location on hwy 544 near Target.

“This was our first time trying McAlister’s Deli and we will come back! The staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. We had the New Yorker sandwich and it was delicious!“

“Every time I go to this location the young lady that has been there for a while is the best! She is very friendly and efficient with my family’s order. She even lets my son make sure he has enough ranch on the sandwich, and cuts it the way he likes. I need to get her name next time. Thank you guys on Dick Pond!!!“

“Wow the new manager is a wonderful she is so sweet and the place looks great you can definitely Tell there is a change in management all the food was fresh and visibly appealing, as long as she is there I will be returning ? I'm just so happy the subway has turned around for the better“

“Love Jersey Mikes. Been in this store several times and always had something that was just not right, poor customer service, improper pricing at checkout, lack of care when building subs, missing ingredients. Probably won’t visit this one again. Lacking compared to other stores. I don’t think that management really cares, trying to maximize profit forsaking quality.“

“I usually don't rate fast food but this one is worth the mention..I don't know if it was the food or the service. Derick was working and I don't know that I will ever forget him. He was so helpful to the new employee, he made sure to greet everyone as they came it. He talked to you like he had always known you. You can tell that he is an all the way around good guy. So glad that we didn't pass on subs that day!“

“Counter staff was not at the ordering station and delayed our ordering for a while as the back of house staff tried to find her. Salad and sandwiches were good and delivered promptly. Ice tea with peach flavor did not have enough peach flavor to notice and I will not bother with again.“

“Went here for a much needed lunch on Saturday March 29th 2025 with my mom. We had stopped here since i noticed that there was a subway and we were at wholesale furniture nearby looking for furniture. After shopping there, we headed straight to subway. We walked in, asked the guy if they accepted coupons and they did. First we decided what to order- I wanted something different than my usual sandwich. My mom went first and she ordered a footlong of the Ultimate B.M.T. Finally i decided, and had a footlong with italian herbs and cheese with the Baja Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with provolone. i had it toasted, and topped it with lettuce, onion, pickles, black olives, light mayo, and the chipotle sauce. Both the person making the sandwich and cashier was very pleasant. We ordered a combo with one and got 2 cookies oatmeal raisin and double chocolate.We used coupons mailed to us, and paid with a gift card. I always like subway's cookies, and their sandwiches. For our drink i decided on the unsweetened lipton tea, which i didn't like but my mom did. This subway actually had lots of seating to sit at. we sat down at a table and ate our food! i really enjoyed my sandwich! Would definitely be back at a subway soon!“

“We just moved in around tbe corner and decided to give it try. We were excited ! Honestly..eeh..Super dissapointing :(.We wanted to eat in and chill for a minute but it wasnt meant to be,lol. I used the restroom while they were making our order. 1 half of a pretty large toilet paper dispenser fell off , without being touched and hurt my leg and ankle. Then, went out to take a seat and asked for subway guest wifi password. They said they dont have one. I so I showed her my screen ,where it was asking for one. The head young lady ,tells me in several ways, they dont know it🤣 We ordered 2 meatball subs. I asked her 3 times for extra napkins. She abruptly told me 3 times they put them in the bag. I said thank you but, We will need a couple extra please. No go. When we opened the bag there were 2 small crumpled napkins in the very bottom. The subs tasted very good but had way to much sauce. I ruined my clothing as did my guest. Both wearing white of course 🤣🤣🤣. Idk, they need to be a bit more customer centric perhaps as we do have a subway on every corner pretty much in myrtle beach. We will go else where next time. UPDATE: Ijust went back inside the resturant and asked if I could please have some napkins now and / or a wet paper towel? I showed her my ruined clothes and told her 2 other people with us had ruined clothes as well. HERE'S THE KICKER! She was rude and I asked for her managers name. She told me she didnt have one! Owners card or name, NOPE! Finally, I asked who hired her? And she continued on, no boss, no manager, no owner ,I kid you not ! She finally said, we have a GM. My reply was great! What is his name? How can I contact him. She told me they dont know his name or how to contact anyone, no boss, no owner, no corp?! I wonder who pays her 😅“
