“I had an excellent experience dining at ART. When I asked for non-alcoholic drinks, the server gladly offered multiple mocktail options from the cocktail menu. I chose the spicy Thai mango, and it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, I noticed I was charged full price for the drink and alcohol tax, though no alcohol was purchased. I didn't complain because the overall experience was spectacular!“

“My wife and I moved into the area about 6 months ago. We decided to try Ginza and were blown away by the level of flavor for the price you pay. I am a huge ramen lover and at this point I have tried all of their ramen. Each one is very delicious and has some of the best broth I have ever had. My wife loves their combo bowls with steak and shrimp always cooked right. We have eaten there about 10 or so times and there have been no complaints.
However, last night I called in a pickup order for ramen and a steak and shrimp combo bowl. When we got home, they had accidentally give my wife chicken and steak. I called Ginza and they profusely apologized and let me know that they would make me a free steak and shrimp combo bowl. That level of customer service is something that even huge corporations fail to achieve at times.
TLDR: I cannot recommend Ginza enough. The food is excellent, their prices are more than fair, and the customer service is next level.“

“We went for a small family dinner on Sat night. The place is very quiet and very tastefully decorated. We ordered sushi, noodles and tom yum soup. The food was delicious. Special shout out to the service. Definitely recommend for a low key gathering.“

“In our last visit, we found our food took longer than normal, as did our check. This, along with the menu being a bit over-priced for what you get, is the reason for the 4-star review, but overall, it's still a good place to eat Asian fusion type cuisine.“

“Small restaurant. We walked in at noon. The dining area was empty. My 1st instinct was to walk out. No customers = bad food right? WRONG! The Teraki chicken and steak was absolutely delicious! The crab Rangoon was amazing! I'm so glad we gave it a chance! We come to myrtle Beach twice a year. This restaurant will be added to our regular places to eat!“

“The service was great . The only issue we had was with a party of 8 everyone’s food was too salty. I’m not one who is light on salt so for me to say salty …it was salty . A couple of the people couldn’t even eat their meal due to so much salt . It may been an off night for whoever was preparing the meals. Everything else was great .“

“The room is small but cozy. Food is better than average. I guess their specialty is more on the sushi because the lamb we ordered medium rare came well done. They have redone anyway
Parking: Parking spaces are limited at the front. I don't know if they have parking space on the side of the building“

“Perfect blend of indoor and outdoor dining. Everything was fabulous! Even our youngest food critic was totally impressed. Madison stared us in the right direction with some choices and was a great server! Food so good you had to order the dessert even though we were full! “Food was great... but my party of 3, were seated with another 3 initially, and that was fine and expected at this type of restaurant... But then two more people were shoved in there.. and that was just more than I was comfortable with. The crowded table, plus a super loud place.. really took away from what should have been a more pleasant experience. I feel like I'm easy to please (I'm surely biased in that opinion haha) but I enjoy going out to eat, being able to have a conversation with the people I came with, without having to shout, and having enough room between folks eating.. that we don't have to sit jammed up or have to put plates in creative areas just to get everyone's food on the table. I'd go back, but I'd be willing to pay extra just to have 6 people or less at a seating, and would really like it if we could spread the active tables out more.. to try and get the noise level down some when the place isn't packed. I understand if the restaurant is busy.. tables will be right side by side... But on this night, there appeared to be plenty of empty tables, and it would have been really nice to have some gaps in between active tables.“

“I always eat here and never have issues but I ordered the shrimp avocado peanut roll tonight which is one of my faves. The peanuts were bad though, they were most definitely Ransid and I had to throw the roll out. It was also missing the spicy mayo drizzle. I know the item I got probably isn’t ordered a lot but need to make sure the nuts are good before serving them“
