“Let's start off with the greeting from the hostess. She was very welcoming with a great personality. I believe our waitress said she was her Manager. Our waitress Marissa is one of the best waitresses I have come across. From the time we sat down until we left. Her customer service was 10/10. She engaged with my six year old daughter. Even when she was being extra talkative. She still engaged with her every time. To the point where my daughter loved talking to her every time she came to the table and walked by. She laughed and joked with her. Her conversations with my mom and I were super genuine. She took our order in a timely manner. She gave us updates while waiting for our meal. She checked on us throughout our meal. Gave us our drink refills in a timely manner. We didn't have to ask her for anything or wave her down. She was on top of it. She has the perfect personality and pays attention to her customer's. I also observed that she was the same with other customer's as well. She has the charisma to Intertwine and comfortability to talk to customer's and not at them. She cares about her customer's. She's an asset to your team. “The host was AMAZING we had a big party and they accommodated us quickly and efficiently. Our waitress J was awesome however the kitchen staff FAILED horribly with a few of the meals! The chicken and waffles were a hit! They didn’t have the chicken and dumplings soup which was a huge FAILED specifically because they failed to tell us instilled after we had been waiting WELL over 30 minutes for even the first meal to come out! All of the food was luke warm EXCEPT the fries which replaced the chicken and dumplings soup! The moonshine peach 5 dollar special shots were ALSO A HIT! So my REAL review #Hostess 11/10… Jay our waitress 10/10 (only because I feel the food should have been brought out as it became ready EVEN if the kitchen failed miserably) food taste 7/10 because my daughter loved her chicken and waffles! And my son didn’t LOVE the chicken. But overall the atmosphere was nice. Jay did have a lot to handle with our big group and some allergies BUT in my opinion SHE HANDLED HERSELF WELL UNDER STRESS AND ISSUES OUT OF HER CONTROL! I think I would go back but maybe not with a group and definitely not 2 hours to closing I think the kitchen staff probably gives up at that point and figure you get what you get!“
