“About over 12 years ago, they opened a location in Matthew's Weddington. Where there is a Subway, Panda, HT, Shell, and a Karate place. A big church right next door. I remember a long time ago, my brother and I went to get Subway (closed now) Hwy 55 was right beside it (Now Papa's pizza pick up) over 12 years ago, I remember the owner was brand new starting this burger shake business and came out to talk to me. Said all these good things about the menu and how it brings back memories of the 1980s and older diner experience. I was only 20 something and sadly refused. Now I'm 33 (more mature) and very interested in history, especially the legendary old school diner experience. Will definitely visit real soon. Hope the owner understands about me not giving you guys a chance over 12 years ago. I feel bad, lol. Will definitely try now and many more.“

“The food is always fresh! when you order something from the menu. they make it right then. Nothing that I have seen is pre-cooked. I've had the Shrimp,Chicken Philly,Chicken tenders and this evening I had the Chicken Pita. Oh and please order the banana pudding. made fresh daily!“

“Cameron B. was our waitress and she was amazing. she came to our outside covered table once we were seated by the hostess. We ordered the pretzels with beer cheese to start and they were amazing. We also ordered the Wiley Burger and wings and they were also amazing. Cameron was very attentive to our table. highly recommend!“

“Our group of 6 met At Ruby Tuesday met as a mini reunion and to wish one of our group safe travels as she moves to another state. The staff welcomed us and quickly set up a table for 6. They were all very pleasant, friendly and accomomcodating. One member of our party was a little late. Our server, Heather, was absolutely wonderful. She brought out menus, took our order for beverages and said it was no problem if our friend was going to be late. We ordered appetizers as we waited. Several other groups came in the area where we were sitting and Heather made sure whe was attentive to each group and quickly took their orders. when our friend arrived Heather quickly cleared the appetizers, got all of our orders, and refilled our water and/of other beverages. Our meals arrived shortly. Everything each of us ordered was attractively presented and tasted delicious and was served in a timely manner. Heather took our group photo for us for a memory of our very special occasion! We appreciate all of the staff we encountered on our visit. All of them were very courteous and willing to answer our questions and make us fell welcome. We never felt rushed. We would recommend this Ruby Tuesday to anyone. “Dinner was great, everyone enjoyed their dinner. The only thing that was a little frustrating was that a second serving of soup, which was included, was not brought out in a timely fashion. When the waitress was reminded, she did bring it out. We didn't have to wait a long time for our food to arrive, but we were there before the dinner hour.“

“We decided to take our picky eating grandchildren here because children 12 & under eat free from 4 till 10pm with the purchase of adult dinner according to several websites advertising different restaurants with specials or kids eat free nights.
When we got the bill, they had charged for all meals even the kiddos. I asked about the kids eat free & was told the Rock Hill location did not participate in that particular special. But apologized for the misunderstanding. Something about 3rd party advertising being responsible
First time we had taken the grandchildren to IHOP only did because of the money savings. But surprise not so.
3 kids meals & 2 adult 55+ dinners right at $50
It was good. We all had plates full & the kiddos eat everything on their plates. Fruit was fresh & they had a small cup of chocolate syrup for dipping.
First time tried to take advantage of a restaurant where the kids eat free & it didn't work.
Maybe we will go back because now we know they will eat somewhere other than McDonald's.“

“The service was delightful. The food was really good. I had a burger with egg, and I would've liked my fingers if I was home. Lol.. The fries had interesting yet delicious seasonings. I wasn't a fan of the peach cobbler, as it was more like a tasty peach cobbler filling (contains no crust, which is my favorite part of any cobbler). You can't lose with a brewery directly beside it (same owner, I believe). I look forward to patronizing them on a frequent basis.“

“Cookout always has the longest lines but yet it moves fairly quickly. A great variety of shake flavors and quite a variety of food choices at a low cost. I wouldn't say the food is excellent but it's fairly decent for what you pay for

“Great job guys! The food was so tasty like it always is. Everything went perfectly. Nice employees, nice clean store and great food. We are happy campers. Five Guys is our go to place if we ever want a good burger 🍟 🍔 y'all don't disappoint!“

“This dairy queen is a refreshing example of how a fast food restaurant is supposed to be run. It isn't a chik fil a but it operates like one. I left McDonald's tonight after waiting in line for almost 30 minutes. The McDonald's is 24 hours so it should be ready to take my order and make my food all day and all night but it wasn't and as usual it was a total let down and has been this way for the laat 15 years it's been there. I decided I'll go down the road and try dairy queen as their burgers are actually really good even better than the burger at McDonald's but I figured McDonald's would be quick. I was wrong and when I pulled up to dairy queen 12 minutes before they closed they took my order immediately and then proceeded to make my blizzard and make my food fresh! My burger was hot my fires were hot and they didn't complain that I had pulled up 12 minutes before close. The younger white girl at the register was very nice for having to wait on me with 12 minutes left. The older black woman in the back was also awesome and cooked my food quickly and it was fresh and she never gave me a look or mumbled under her breath like I would've gotten at McDonald's. I will go to dairy queen from now on and I'm not sure what the names of the workers were that helped me but it was the closing staff on Wednesday 9/4/24 so the younger girl and older woman who helped me should be recognized for delivering great customer service with being so close to closing time. I know it's a pain to cook something when it's almost closing time but they did it anyway without complaint and with a smile and were professional the entire time. Thank you for being decent people who had enough self respect and work ethic to help me like you did I won't forget this and next time I come through tue drive through I will be bringing cash for tips for the people who help me if I happen to show up late again. Great job to the person who runs this location and hires folks you have some good people working there and they put McDonald's to shame in every single category: food, service, attitude, time, and most importantly respect. Thank you to the two people the younger girl and the lady who made my burger and fries I really appreciate you two and thank you for treating me so well so close to closing yall outshined McDonald's tonight and I'll never go back to McDonald's but I'll be coming to dairy queen from now on and telling all my friends who have lots of children that dairy queen is the new spot and McDonald's is a joke and should never be visited again.“

“After some bad experiences in the past, finally decided to give it another shot. And I'm so glad we did! The food was terrific! Service in the drive thru was fast. And we got good value for our money! They do hace a much smaller menu than they had in the past, but the burgers were terrific and the fries were the same shoestring fries we grew up loving. If you've been waiting to try it again like I was, I recommend you give it another chance! You won't regret it!“
