“First the atmosphere. You can't beat a greeting from genuinely friendly people. They never seemed to tire from my endless questions. Always patient they never missed on their suggestions. The drinks here look like art work and I've tried many. While I probably wouldn't order some again there was never an issue with quality. They have plenty of teas I could endorse no problem. Drink the Vietnamese coffee of you want to ditch a certain coffe shop. I make the excuse of bringing my son so I can go twice a day sometimes. I'm so glad they are here to offer something different and delicious. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. If you're not sure what to order they are more than happy to help. I would give 100 stars if possible!!!!“

They have a beautiful bar and seating area indoors and can open a large bay door to their patio. Walking distance to Winthrop! Follow them so you don’t miss what’s happening. “My wife and I stopped here Friday night before dinner at a nearby restaurant. Friday and Saturday nights get very crowded but we were fortunate to grab 2 seats at the bar which is rather small. They specialize in MANY types of wine, craft beers and sangria. I’m had the Gailic Ale and an Oktoberfest, my wife had the red sangria. The atmosphere is that of a boutique book shop/winery. They offer a small selection of small bites that looked delicious. Very cool place . Prices were fair and we look forward to going back.“

Every request my fiancé and I placed, was fulfilled in a timely manner by Hayden and the team even though they were very busy! “I tried JV tonight. The aroma hits you as you’re walking in the door. It’s a very family-friendly place with games and a kid corner. Also very clean. We had a slight mixup with our order that I didn’t catch until I got home. I called the number on the receipt and they offered to remake the pizza, refund us, and let me know (via text) when it was done so I didn’t have to wait again. The taste would have been the reason I returned anyway, but the great customer service solidified it. I’m extremely picky and have been struggling to find a pizza place that I like out here since relocating.“

“I went to Hobo's last night for a friend's birthday. We sat outside for karaoke. I have wanted to sing karaoke for awhile but I've always been way too nervous!! DJ Swin (please tag him!) did such an awesome job at hyping up the audience AND the singers! it didn't matter what your singing ability was he made you feel great about getting up there! People were being silly and having fun which is what karaoke is all about! So when my hubby asked me to sing with him I did! I got up there and actually had a lot of fun. So thank you for hosting this and thank you to DJ Swin for making this a really welcoming event! We'll be back!“

“Cool place for Karaoke on Fridays or to see a band or to watch football in Fort Mil l/ Tega Cay. Read the couple negative reviews on here - never saw any of that. Little hidden gem. No Pretense (it's literally attached to a gas station). Check it out if you live within 10 - 15 min of Carowinds....worth it. I am a little older but I don't feel old there and it's a 2 or 3 generation kind of spot. Nothing fancy - a couple pool tables, outdoor section, some games and a little stage.“

“The Strawberry Matcha was so good! I can almost never finish ice cream because of how sugary it is, but this wasn't overly sugary. It was so so good. My husband had the White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle and loved it. His had more sugar but was also quite good. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had before!“
