“Wife had a taste for BBQ, Bobby's is close by and I remembered the hash from last time. Never had take out, usually dined in on the buffet. Got two large plates with pulled pork, hash and rice and two sides. Think it was $11 a plate and you will stuff if you eat it all, I did, but she couldn't even put a dent in it. Way plenty food for the price. BBQ was tender, hash is my favorite, sides good. Don't know why he gets some bad reviews, can't please everyone I guess. They need to stay home and spend eight hours smoking a butt. I use to, but this is not competition BBQ, it is good food for the money.“

“The Willcox is a local gem and wonderful place to stay! The atmosphere is charming, historic and moody, creating a relaxing and unique experience for any age. The premium suite was very comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful details, and they offer great accommodations for dogs—welcome bag and all! The customer service and waitstaff is excellent—attentive and friendly. The food is incredible, but the highlight was the Butterscotch Budino. It’s the best dessert I’ve ever had. (You have to try it, no matter how full you are.) Whether you’re looking for a staycation or passing through Aiken, don’t pass on The Willcox.“

“The food at Legends was excellent. We were visiting Aiken from NJ and happened to find Legends and we are not sorry. While we were leaving Legends we had a medical emergency for one of our family members and Gahee was an angel on earth assisting us. We were blown away by her care, attention, and willingness to help. I cannot recommend Legends enough!“

I thought I had lost my Apple Watch and was very apparently not happy - he saw me and asked how my day was - and I said fine. He went one step further and said he could see something was wrong and could he help. I told him I lost my Apple Watch - he walked me through how to find it on my app and voila! It was ringing in my room on the floor! He was so sweet and patient and truly wanted me to have a good day! BRAVO JARED! “Always had great food over the last 30 years only a couple of times there was a mishap that they quickly fixed with no issues. Very very very law-enforcement friendly and Bill is always available if there ever were concerns very proactive owner very proactive in their community.“

“I ordered for the first time today 3 chicken fingers ans fries at 12:14pm. By 12:34 pm I was still asking for the meal amd was finally told the chicken fingers needed to be floured! Finally at 12:40 or so they finally came. The cashier was upset because I asked a few times about them and so did she. 8 minutes to fry took almost and entire hour of a lunch break! I wanted to cancel but Im hungry..once I got them, they were hot and really good. no more chicken fingers for me-maybe the okra has shorter cook time!“

“We ate lunch here on 7/2/25. I have always been very pleased but yesterday we had very little to NO service. The hostess took our drink order and brought out right away. The waitress came without much delay. Our food came in a reasonable time. Then the waitress never came back. She walked by one time and my drink was very low. She looked and kept going. Never saw her again. Had to get the attention of someone else and hostess again brought my refill of drink. Another person brought check after we asked for it and took payment. I feel at the price you charge for a drink, I deserve at least one refill. Not happy at all.“
