“Chips and Cheese is one of those places that just gets it right—every single time. The service is always friendly and fast, the food is ridiculously tasty, and they’ve got the coldest beer in town. I love that they always have music playing and a salsa bar that takes it to the next level. You even leave smelling like you’ve been somewhere worth it (in the best way). On top of all that? The prices are just as good as the food. Makes it even easier to keep this place in the regular rotation. Big thanks to the team—y’all crush it every time.“

I'm a law officer and she works in health care, so we deserved to be treated well and enjoy a great meal; in which we were/did. Since the drive is far, the cost of gas, and increased food prices, hopefully our return won't be months from now lol. I would however, recommend some type of discount for "First Responders" , anything is always better than nothing for "Our" service. I'm from Southwest, Texas, and I have not tasted those flavors since I've been home. “Our local Fuddruckers closed years ago so we were excited to see this place open. We were a party of 4 and everyone got burgers, fries and a drink. The food was good, it wasn't as good as it was when I was younger. The biggest appeal of Fuddruckers was freshly made hamburgers. However, in the current financial climate I don't think we could afford it if they were freshly made.

The patties tasted average (Hardee's burgers are better) but the bun was soft and the bacon crisp. I got regular fries, not the skinny ones, and they were the best thing there. Whatever seasoning they put on them was excellent. If you like a thicker, pillowy fry I recommend those. I could have made a meal off of them alone.

The intercom was loud and a little jarring but I understood the reason for it. If you're sensitive to spontaneous loud noises, this might be an issue as they call out when your order is ready.

Overall, I enjoyed it but I won't be seeking it out in the future.“

My tacos were not lacking in flavor whatsoever. I ordered 2 al pastor and 2 carne asada. You can choose your shell type and choose your toppings. I chose Mexican style and added cheese. 11/10 rating for these. The salsa is amazing too. As others said, this is cash only so go to an ATM if you don't have any. OK, bye.“

A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever.
