“This is a well run Chick-fil-A. They are fast inside and all my orders have been correct. They could benift from increased parking. I like it because it is close to the care facility where my 85 year old resides. This allows me to be able to be able to get takeout when I visit her. It is the fastest, most accurate one in the Midlands. Kuddos to the entire team.“

Even though there are 2 locations much closer to home, I always stop here. always great to see first thing in the morning, and they always make sure my order is correct. Good management is an indicator of how well they're run. Sometimes strict, but when you have a busy drive thru,you've got to guide. “Chicken tenders are well seasoned and its my late night GO TO Spot For Sure.......BUT 4months later im back here adding this last part. CHECK THOSE TENDERS FOR THE BURNED GREASE EFFECT!!!! I LOVE THEIR TENDERS IN THE DAY TIME IVE FOUND THAT THEY ARE FORCED TO CHANGE THE GREASE! I GET SICK EVERTIME I TRY AN JUST TOUGH MY WAY THROUGH IT BY SMOOTHRING IT ALL WITH RANCH AND HONEY MUSTARD BEING TOO HUNGRY TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK BECAUSE ITS USUALLY AFTER MIDNIGHT WHEN I GET OFF WORK TO COME ALL THE WAY TO AUGUSTA RD..... THE BURNED GREASE TASTE AND SMELL starts creating ALOT OF THAT ACID REFLUX and it comes back out of the nose and mouth when you're awakened to an episode from the TENDERS and that BLACKENED looking BATTER SKIN. Again to be fair, It's Good when I go In the Daytime but unfortunately I work 12 to 16hrs and It's hard to avoid coming at night. The night shift has good customer service overall but the being too lazy to change that GREASE is crazy work when everything you sell most is FRIED and gonna ALL TASTE AND LOOK BURNED. Oh and I'm a REAL SWEET TEA DRINKER....That OLD SPOILING TASTE That happens to the IS fro NOT FULLY AND Properly cleaning the TEA URNS that holds the tea throughout the day and the Bacteria causes a massive decrease in the Tea's Shelf Life As Well. A Pinch of BLEACH to hit those MOLDED CORNERS would change every about your TEA Quality I Promise. I've been In Chefs Coats and SHOES FOR CREWS OVER 20 PLUS Years Of My Life so IM Telling you the Honest Truth. Excuse ANY
errors. I look foward to the improvements though as I'm STILL GOING TO GIVE IT A WHILE AND TRY AGAIN IN A FEW WEEKS HOPEFULLY ALL WILL BE BETTER AGAIN LIKE THE DAYTIME FOOD.“

“Went through the drive-thru this morning to get some breakfast. The young lady who took my order was kind and polite. It made my morning. She made sure I had plenty of cream and sugar for my coffee.“

They're always nice and willing to take your order, as long as they're not overly busy it's very calm and fast.
Wish Subway hadn't removed mozzarella from their cheese options.

“I found that the company had opened a new restaurant on the land side of the airport. I had to try it. The BBQ was great and the service was awesome. I had a drink or two before leaving. 10/10 will done again

“The staff is very rude. We ordered our own food put in the table number and sat down to wait. Now there was absolutely no one in the restaurant but us. They kept calling out a number but we couldn't hear what it was, so I walked up. We said we were eating in and they bagged everything. When I said something about it they told me to just take it out it's the same thing. So many workers there and not one could have taken 2 minutes to walk the food to Us because they were too busy talking. I am disabled and I have a very hard time walking so this was very inconvenient for me. I won't be back.“

“Visited today, 5:55pm, Walked in the door, two girls working, neither greeted me, said hello or anything. After I decided what I wanted, one of them finally asked what I wanted. Ordered my sandwich and said that I would be getting chips and a drink. She told me that they didn't have fountain drinks only bottles. I asked if I could just get 2 chips and no drinks as I don't care for Pepsi products, "Nope, I'll have to charge you for extra chips".....okay, I'll just get the drink. "Your total is $13.01".....Sorry, I don't have a penny....no problem, $1.99 changed returned. Then, no, "Thank You", no, "Have a nice evening, have a good night, come back to see, hope you enjoy"......the sandwich was outstanding, and the service was great....the personalities, sucked. It was my 1st visit, I'll give it another shot, but if the same 2 girls are in there........nope, I'll go to Steve's, Sub Station or Grouchos.........“
