“My kind of place. Good food. Good service. Down to earth. They actually seasoned the fried shrimp. Yum! The sweet tea was perfect! It felt like when you eat at a Southern family reunion, comfortable. And you know the food will be great no matter what you choose.“

“Ate here 08.13.26. Never been before. Checked the reviews, saw there were some that weren’t great. Went with my expectations in neutral. Was very pleasantly surprised. Not here to discount the experiences of the folks that left less than stellar reviews, but everything about my visit was great. Friendly service, piping hot food (a big plus for me) and everything tasted fine. There were some parts that weren’t just over the top, such as the tiny salad bar, one dessert option, etc. But it’s a small town, privately owned, home cooking restaurant; I wasn’t expecting a golden corral selection. Nor wanting it. I will most definitely be back whenever I’m in town.“

“All well crafted on a very reasonably priced buffet. Meaty hash, fresh greens hardy potato salad and tasty banana pudding highlight a taste tempting tonsil tickler of a country buffet. You may finish up flushes but your wallet won’t. Good groceries!“
