We had a reservation for 4 and were promptly seated at our scheduled time, which set the tone for a wonderful evening. The service was truly 5 stars. From the moment we sat down, our waters were brought out right away, and our drinks were exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish exceeded expectations. I see alot of negative reviews but all are over 6 months old or more. my experience was phenomenal. service was fast, waitress was very nice and helpful. manager came and talked to me, welcomed me to the restaurant and made sure everything was to standards that I expected. all in all I will gladly go back there to eat again. “Came to try the chili, ill say very delicious! Had to reorder my fries due to way to much salt on them. The manager than says loudly to make more because someone (meaning me) had complained about them. Well i did not think it would be such an issue but i guess it was.You can see in my picture the salt was literally falling off. Not sure if i will come back or not. If i do than maybe order with no salt next time. Resturant was very clean :)“

“Culver’s on Louise Avenue is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants in Sioux Falls. The service is consistently quick, the food tastes great, and the restaurant is always clean and well maintained.

One of the things I like most about Culver’s is their frozen custard. In my opinion, they have some of the best soft-serve-style ice cream available at a fast-food restaurant. It’s always a treat to finish a meal with custard.

I also appreciate their children’s meals, which include a drink and a free scoop of frozen custard. It’s one of my grandchildren’s favorite places to go for lunch, and they always look forward to the ice cream that comes with their meal.

The combination of good fast food, friendly service, a clean restaurant, and family-friendly options keeps us coming back.“

We also enjoy how clean the business is. I have little kids so it matters when they are crawling everywhere.

“Their beer cheese pretzels and wonton chicken tacos are awesome. The burgers cut in half and sat upright on a sizzling cast iron plate with French fries and queso dip not so much. The burgers stuck to the plate and I had to use my fork to scrape them off. French fries were soggy. Won't order that again“

“It's always tough on service at just about any fast food place in my opinion when you're dealing with teenagers you've got ones that will see you and actually want to take care of you and take your order and then you'll have others that stand around and just kind of stare at you and you'll have to say can I get some help that's why I rate the service at a medium“

It’s a KFC/A&W, I’ve never seen that combo before.

The staff are friendly and really fast. I had an A1 combo (Papa Burger) and an order of Corn Dog nuggets on the side. The nuggets were new to me and I got them as a sharable item (I ended up eating most of them).

The food was served hot and was assembled well. Definitely a great location to hit up on a road trip.
