“A staple for sioux falls. My family and I have been eating here for what feels like FOREVER--and it NEVER gets old. I get the chicken shish tawook and then either the house salad or tabbouleh. If you have never been, go for the Saturday buffet, so you can try more items and find your favorite. Sanaa has supported our community AND other parts of the world, which is amazing. She is funny and kind and I enjoy her food (sometimes a couple times a week). LOVE THIS PLACE.“

“This is the 25th anniversary of Sioux Falls’, first Japanese restaurant. It’s the only authentic Japanese restaurant in town, owned by Japanese people. For the life of me, I can’t understand why someone would go to a Japanese restaurant owned by Chinese or Thai. Would you go to an Italian restaurant owned by Egyptians?
Compared to my home state of Florida, this place is super inexpensive. The fish is actual sushi grade, flown in from Miami. I’ve only been to this restaurant twice, in these many years, but it’s a gem. I wish it was in my town.“

“Soooooo good. Very glad I stopped in at this place before I left town while here for work. This is the best hibachi I've found this side of the Mississippi. I don't know why it's so hard to find this exact type of place (serving casual hibachi) in so much of the country (outside of the expensive fancy teppanyaki grills with the shows and such), but this is an absolute gem. Doesn't quite beat my favorite spots like it in the Carolinas, but certainly top level and a great find to be in Sioux Falls. I live in Denver currently, and we have nothing like this as good as this there. I wish I could take it back with me!“

I also ordered a light drink - deflation - which was delicious!Burger: smaller than expected but tasty? The burger seemed a bit heavily seasoned, however the toppings helped tame it a bit. Once explained, they took us to our usual booth so that I could park my mobility scooter without interfering with anyone else. When it was time for us to place our order, she knew exactly what I wanted and exactly how it was supposed to be made. She also took it upon herself to go into the kitchen to make sure that was being made properly as I can't have the sandwich with a crispy coating. that is obviously above and beyond. This is obviously the way we are treated every time we come into the restaurant, as they are happy to see us again and of course serve us again. They learned my name so fast and can even name all of my favorite drinks (and can most of the time guess which one I want at the time) It's a nice feeling when you're feeling down.. I've brought friends and family, and they treated them the same. quick to remember names and drinks. And it's the only bar i feel safe in. It's also a great place for a very interesting and diverse crowd if that's your cup of tea! If you want some food that isn't a frozen pizza, don't plan to eat there. “Crave is a surprisingly decent restaurant located in the Hilton Garden in Downtown Sioux Falls. On a recent visit to Sioux Falls, due to a dearth of restaurants open in the downtown area on Sundays on Mondays (and also due to the fact that I was staying at the hotel), my friend and I decided to eat at Crave. Service was very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was jam packed. I ordered the steak frites and my friend had a vegetarian tofu dish. While the steak frites was not a true steak frites in the Parisian style, the meat was cooked just as I had requested, and was delectably tender, accompanied by a very generous helping of fries. My only critique is that the prices are high for Sioux Falls, but it is technically in a hotel so I guess that is to be expected. If you are in Sioux Falls and need a place to go on a Sunday evening, or any other night of the week, I highly recommend Crave.“

“The last time I was here, last week, the cashier was very nice and friendly. We went today and the cashier was hard to understand at times and seemed a little bored, but we still got what we asked for so no problem. The food is very very good and my favorites are the rainbow roll and the tuna roll. My only suggestion would be to make a "tuna lover" to go along with the "salmon lover" and the "salmon and tuna lover"

Vegetarian options: I see quite a few plant based items on the menu, have not tried though.

“Stopped by to grab some food and got the grand combo with salad bar. Server explained they were out of onion rings and explained they would be replaced with french fries which no biggie. I definitely got full of it and salad bar. Server was amazing and made sure everything was great and even the manager stopped by to make sure all was good. Had I not been full I would have got that piece of carrot cake she suggested. It was nice to see all the staff smiling and so upbeat, you can tell they love their job! Will definitely be back and bring friends.“
