“The best fried chicken! Clients raved about this place and I finally had a chance to visit! We were seated immediately and service by Ann was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and customer focused! Absolutely delicious fried chicken and frickles! You have to indulge yourself!“

“My son and I visited Chattanooga for the tow show over the weekend and we were looking to eat some wings at a local establishment while we were there. I had asked a few locals where to go, but all of there recommendations were either chain restaurants or places further then we wanted to travel. Thank goodness for Google, as this establishment was one of the 1st ones to pop up for chicken wings. Plus, it was a short drive from where we were staying. I knew as soon as we walked in that this place was special. It has a real down home feel about it and an amazing aroma that comes from the kitchen. I had originally ordered 10 “hot” wings, thinking that they were gonna be your average heat level. The very kind waitress (thankfully) warned me that their “hot” was really hot 🥵. I enjoy spicy seasoned foods, but I also like to enjoy it as well. So I decided to listen to her and order half hot/ half medium. What I great idea that was, as the hot flavored wings about took my breath away lol. They were so good, but hot hot hot! The medium flavor was perfect for me, with just the right amount of spicy. So if you looking for some great tasting chicken wings and maybe even want to burn your lips off lol… Then this is the place to come. I give it 5 stars and will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to town.“

“Big Chicken has become one of my favorite frequent spots. My typical go to meal is an order of Dunks (with Big Chicken sauce) and a large Mtn Dew. As I arrive to claim my mobile order, I’m often greeted with sweet smiles and serving hands. The atmosphere is incredible, as I often use this place to study my Bible on my lunch break. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re making a Big Mistake!“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “This is going to be a very detailed review on my personal experience here at this special location. The morning crew is so wonderful! I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Don't hesitate to work here or even sit down to eat with family and friends early mornings on your day off! 10/10 one of the best places to visit or work!!!“

“The gentleman that was working the counter today was so professional and kind. He is a testament pleasant atmosphere of this restaurant. The staff worked well together to get my food quickly and I came at the end of the lunch rush. I had is off to this manager they have definitely put together a good lunch crew.“

“UPDATE: They listened about the food availability during lunch hours and now we're good to go! Great customer service! Original review: Food is good but twice now in the past few visits they are out of chicken strips and most chicken during lunch and dinner prime hours. I hope staff can be told if they see supplies dwindling to fry some more before they run out but they haven't so far. Once done it can sit for a couple of hours under heat lamps so it's not like there's much risk of throwing a bunch of food away. But again the biggest problem is lack of chicken strips being ready.“

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

“AMAZING staff with the fastest and most correct food service I've ever seen, the managers are cheerful and genuinely enjoy their jobs and the employees actually feed off that with similar positive attitudes as well! Facility is also clean, bright and well maintained, good on all of you that work there I wish I had the power to give all of you bonuses and raises ?

Parking: While yes technically there's plenty of parking, half of the parking is behind the building but really not usually an issue as most people don't dine in at this location (I guess because the employees are too fast ?)“
