“Ordered pickup an egg sandwhich with lettuce, tomato on sourdough toasted with chips. Excellent quality and was toasted to perfection while also all ingredients were cold. Sandwhich is so filling that I was only able to eat half of it in one seating. Will definitely be back time and time again, this place is a gem tucked away on the backside of downtown Chatt. “This place is one of the go-to places for sandwiches. Me and my coworkers ordered 8 sandwiches and they were all super tasty. I got the turkey sandwich in a wrap. All the ingredients were super fresh. It is a mom-and-pop shop and everyone who works was very nice. I wish they had an online menu, because I got confused with the menu from other locations.“

“I went through the drive thru and a very sweet boy answered. When I pulled up I saw he was the only one taking orders up front and in the drive thru and he was still quick. His name is Rowan (if I'm spelling that correctly) and hes amazing!!“

“My first time going here. I must say that I really enjoyed my sub sandwich. I got the Philly Cheese with Lettuce, Black Olive, Banana peppers, Provolone and American chesse, four Jalapeño peppers, lol, the person fixing my sandwich laughing 😂 at me on my request, and he end up breaking all 4 of them into pieces 🤣😆, I thought that was too funny, I really don't eat them, but every now and then I will request for a few of them only 🤭 oil, salt & pepper and Mayo. To my surprise, the meats was fully load on it . My Husband got his usual, Club Sub. I wanted to post pictures, but unfortunately they didn't come out good. Thanks Subway for such great services, very nice Atmosphere and a very good Sub Sandwich 😋🥰😍“

I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“
