Taco Bell in Chattanooga

“My DoorDasher accidentally forgot to deliver half of my order so I drove back and Colton was so polite, friendly & helpful with correcting things for me. I appreciated it immensely. Shoutout to him for making my very late night dinner (after a 12 hour shift) the best it could be. Thanks, man! ☺“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“When the General Manager Chemoye is working everything is ran very well and organized, she is very friendly and goes above and beyond for the customers. Orders are always correct and fresh. She deserves recognition at the very least as she makes a huge positive difference at this location.“

“I was greeted as soon as I walked into the restaurant. I ordered 3 regular tacos and water. My order came quickly. There were a couple crumbs on the tray, not sure why. Most of the tables were fairly clean. They have plenty of seating. The meat in the tacos was hot, in a very good way. Wish they would put more than a couple shreds of cheese on. Some cheese on tacos would have given the food quality a 5 star. This is not a Taco Bell in my area, so probably won't return to this one.“

“Don't go for a lot of fast food, of late, but decided to treat myself to a late night run for the border.

Drive thru moved quickly, service was fast and friendly, food was fresh and still hot when I got home, even after a quick stop on the way. Plenty of sauces and napkins, as requested, and I was given a receipt without asking.

Top drawer service by the Broad Street location. Will do it again.“

“I normally don't write reviews but me and my wife been coming to this location for months used to go to lee highway idk what happened to them but the staff here is friendly fast always get my food accurate even with customizations I walked in had 3 mobile orders within 30 secs had all my food asked them to put it in same bag for it to be easier and they listened 1000 percent would recommend this place“

“One of the best locations. Just dropped by this morning. Very chill vibes when you walk into a Taco Bell at 9AM, they got my order right. Whole thing was hot and fresh. For sure love eating here and can say that this location is one of the best I’ve tasted. It’s always hot and fresh! I do miss their breakfast a lot though so I have to opt for the spicy potato soft taco so I don’t put a huge meaty burrito down my throat at 9AM lol I would love my breakfast potato burrito back. I miss my breakfast Taco Bell bring it back!!! It is for sure the most underrated breakfast and it was always good and cheap prices, I beg.“
