“I drove up, and the lights were off. So I wasn't sure if it was open. 9 pm. I just came off a 14-hour shift. I was greeted by a wonderful smile and kind voice. As she handed me my "drinks" to take to work the next day. She put stoppers on both drinks. I asked her, "Did I ask you to do that?" She said, no, I just didn't want your drinks to spill.

“I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.“

They are very knowledgeable of their drinks and make great recommendations when I'm not sure what to order. Both were good, and I liked how the drink was in a glass, given I am concerned for the environment. I'll get a larger refresher drink next time I'm here because they are so good! The seating area is massive, and there is a large covered outside patio. Since it's inside Book-A-Million you can flip through a book or magazine while you enjoy your caffeine fix.“

“I ordered a hot drink and got it cold. They were busy so it was understandable, but I didn't have time to get it fixed before my class. I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. Also, the smell in the library from the coffee is great. :)“
