“Pretty good black coffee. If you want your order done fast then use the drive thru. I liked the store enough from my drive thru experiences that I went inside once to order but I won't make that mistake again. It took forever. Still, the good experiences far outweigh the bad.“

“I decent coffee shop with a nice selection of pastries and breakfast items. The tea selection was limited and was just packet brewed over ice. There were lots of coffee, espresso, chai options both iced and hot. The Nemo themed fished tank was interesting.“

“I drove up, and the lights were off. So I wasn't sure if it was open. 9 pm. I just came off a 14-hour shift. I was greeted by a wonderful smile and kind voice. As she handed me my "drinks" to take to work the next day. She put stoppers on both drinks. I asked her, "Did I ask you to do that?" She said, no, I just didn't want your drinks to spill.

“I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.“

“Great location, it is a little annoying that some of the Starbucks employees take up more than half of the main bar table even when it’s busy despite there only being one or two of them. Aside for that, I know they kick butt getting orders out and work done!“

The shop quickly made my sandwich, apologized (even though it was not their fault at all) and even went as far as to bring it to my car bc I had to make a call! The seating area is massive, and there is a large covered outside patio. Since it's inside Book-A-Million you can flip through a book or magazine while you enjoy your caffeine fix.“

“I ordered a hot drink and got it cold. They were busy so it was understandable, but I didn't have time to get it fixed before my class. I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. Also, the smell in the library from the coffee is great. :)“
