“I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.“

“I love this place! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are always very quick to complete your order with both drive through and walk in. They are very knowledgeable of their drinks and make great recommendations when I'm not sure what to order. I bring my dogos here to get them a pup cup and the staff is always so friendly and compliments the dogos. Great place to sit down and study or just stop by real quick when on the go. “Huge coffee selection, iced, espresso drinks, frozen frappes, and brewed. They even have non-coffe options and snacks as well. Friendly service and the house brewed coffee has a really good flavor. The seating area is massive, and there is a large covered outside patio. Since it's inside Book-A-Million you can flip through a book or magazine while you enjoy your caffeine fix.“

I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. As I waited for my coffee, I watched them greet customers, answer questions, and Melissa especially was great at letting us all know whose drink she was on and whose names were next on the print out machine. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way. I understand things get busy, but acknowledging a customer takes very little effort and makes a big difference. Your customers are the reason your business continues to thrive, and it’s important to show appreciation for that. On a positive note, the young ladies who work there have always been kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciate.“
