They had the order ready for me the next morning and even threw in the plates and everything, even though I wasn't sure I really needed them. Not to mention the spread was PERFECT and super easy to set up!“

A bit after we ordered, he came over and apologized the order was taking a little longer than expected but that was because when one of our sandwiches got back got to him to bring to us, it didn’t meet his expectations - HE would have wanted it better so he wanted it better for us. He then made sure to make it up to us and made sure we were beyond happy before we left. He took pride in his job and made sure we had an excellent experience!“

“I was highly disappointed to discover there are no highchair. We had a set of 10 month twins and nowhere for them to sit. We had to try to eat sandwiches with 1 hand and holding a baby. Crazy being 2024, with all our fancy technology, and no highchair.“

It is a small restaurant, but clean and in good repair. The staff were patient and very good with getting my kids's orders.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s location. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. The restaurant was spotless, my order was prepared exactly as requested, and the service was impressively fast, true to Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” reputation.
What really stood out was the store manager. She is one of the hardest-working and most professional managers I have encountered. You can immediately tell she takes tremendous pride in her work and genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude create an atmosphere where everything runs smoothly.
What impressed me most was that even when the store ran out of bread yesterday, she stayed calm, found solutions, and still made everything work seamlessly. That kind of resourcefulness and dedication speaks volumes about her commitment to providing excellent service no matter what challenges come up. Instead of letting a problem derail the day, she handled it with grace and professionalism and kept customers satisfied.
