“The service was exceptional, the presentation. The optics in the facility were four and five stars. The food was great minus one little tweak that could be made and that would be the rice in my burritos Weore a tad bit undercooked and stiff. Other than that, I was very placed.“

“I rolled through today to get something quick since I had time to kill while my daughter was at cheer. Glad I stopped in. The person taking my order was very pleasant and the young lady who brought it out was kind and thorough. She confirmed my order verbally to make sure everything was what I ordered, and asked if there was anything else I needed before going back.

I start to dig I to the bag and notice the burger is wrapped perfectly, not rushed through or tossed in the bag either. The fries were perfectly upright, hot and crisp. The burger itself was prepared with the same care. It wasn’t some pile called a burger and some big mess just wrapped up. You can tell someone took just a few extra seconds to actually construct and place everything evenly.

It sounds silly that something so small can be so important but as most have noticed, things aren’t what they used to be and many of us are used to sloppy presentation and services these days. Today was absolutely not the case and I had to let y’all know to please keep it up. Thanks!“

“Sadly, the food prices have gone up while quality is going down. Service is spotty lately. My most recent experience was through the drive-through. Young fellow had his mic turned up to the top of his head.
The burger meat was obviously precooked and then assembled with cold cheese, etc. The frys were as stale as I've ever had . No, I didn't go back or call. I'm going for fast for a reason. I don't have time to go back for what should be perfect to begin with. This has been a common experience at many locations lately, causing me to avoid what used to be Tammy to go to fast food.“

“not only do they make big macs way wrong (usually there in nothing between the top and middle bun but it's all on the bottom and its messy AF) every time we go after about 1 or 2. been like this for a year at least. (the one by Maury Regional) and now the app just never works for some reason. too pricey for cheap food“
