“I've never been to Chick-fil-A in Crossville that wasn't on point, 100%! The service is always top notch and for the first time the other day, I went through the drive-thru and they had a sign posted saying that due to inclement weather you would have to adjust order at the drive-thru kiosk. It worked perfectly! I didn't even know this thing worked but their food is always exactly the same, delicious, hot and on point. There's no wonder there is always a line at Chick-fil-A in Crossville, which moves very fast by the way, and no lines at most other fast food retailers just a few hundred yards away. I wish we had two of them. Excellent job guys!“

“We love their biscuits with ham or sausage or steak. I have one suggestion please. Use a larger bag. It is hard to handle 4 biscuits in the smaller bag without tearing the top. Hard to not tear them when reaching for them as they are handed out the window. Food is delicious and very much enjoyed tho. Just a thought. Thank you!“

The employees there are attentive and courteous, and pay attention to customers when they come to the counter and don’t just leave you hanging for several minutes. “I went through the drive thru around noon there was only one car in front of me and things progressed quickly. The order taker was very polite and patient with me. When I received my food after about 6 minutes from order it was hot fresh and exactly what I ordered. Price was pretty reasonable and they make awesome blizzards I usually get cookie dough but it comes with chocolate ice cream not a fan. Luckily they never have a problem when I ask if they can use vanilla instead. I would definitely recommend this dairy queen because service is fast friendly and fresh. Not just ice cream but full menu. I hope this helps someone out there have a good day.“

“My wife and I attended the Grand Opening today and it was fantastic! We counted 9 staff members cranking out sandwiches and it was super busy. They did a great job getting everything out quickly and our food was great! The gentleman at the register "Trinton" was the perfect guy for that job. He is a super friendly guy with a calming presence that really helped within that super crazy busy environment. I think they are doing a great job, and the food was great! GOOD JOB Jersey Mike's! “We drove through and ordered what turned out to be the best ever Captain Ds experience. This location served us what all other locations should strive to offer. Nashville and mid Tennessee locations need to take pointers from Crossville Captain Ds. Everything was hot fresh and delicious!! The drive through lady was very nice!
