“My dad bought us hotdogs from Kenny’s when I was just a little girl, and now I eat Kenny’s with my kids They have the best cheeseburger I have ever eaten, and their hotdogs- we called them “beer joint hotdogs,” are a thing of their own. Unique to the place, and never gets old. I won’t be rating the atmosphere, because we always get takeout.“

“Our CMA chapter rode up from Chattanooga for lunch. We had 9 motorcycles and 2 cars, 19 people in total. Gabe did an excellent job of taking care of us. It was absolutely the best service experience I've had in years. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very relaxing. Highly recommend a visit to Screen Door Kitchen.“

“Cashiers could be better. Today (8/18) there was a gentleman by the name of Isaac that took our order, he is very helpful, well spoken, and professional. He has made me change my mind on my previous review. Isaac when cleaning the dining area was going from table to table to ask some of the elderly if they needed anything such as refills or more condiments. He did not have to do that but that is what kind of employee/person he is.“

“DeSoto house is outstanding. Mostly all women who man the grill positions and they are excellent at cooking! I highly recommend this huddle House and there really is no other options except for McDonald's or waffle House in Dayton Tennessee.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Referee's! My server, Hannah, went above and beyond, being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the meal. The appetizers were delicious, though I wished there were more vegetarian options. The sports bar ambiance was energetic and contemporary, perfect for a young crowd but inviting enough for anyone. The beer selection was impressive, and I'm eagerly anticipating the opening of the full bar. Overall, Referee's earns a solid 4.5 stars for its great service, tasty appetizers, and vibrant atmosphere. I'm rounding up my review to 5 stars because I have no doubt they will grow into it as they become a main part of Dayton dining culture.“

“When we head towards Dayton, our kids specifically ask to eat at Monkey Town (they are 10 & 7). We’ve never had bad food. My husband usually gets the catfish (HUGE portions) and I get something different every time. This past time, I got the sweet and tangy chicken sandwich…. It was HUGE! I could only eat half. It was also delicious! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is this past time the sweet tea tasted “fake”. Almost like Milo’s or something out of a gallon.“
