When he handed it to me, I said I ordered chocolate ice cream. A woman came to the window and said they don't have chocolate ice cream. I told her the app said they did. There are some DQs that have chocolate ice cream so they all need to have it.“

“I use the mobile app all the time and go through mobile thru. The app did something weird this time and did not go to the screen where I acknowledge I'm at the restaurant and scan the QR code. I called the restaurant and explained and the girl who answered the phone was so nice. She was able to find my order and I did not have to wait. Food was fresh. Great experience and customer service.“

“Food was hot fresh and they even made sure I had the batter-dipped crunches. Which is the fried batter that falls off the battered fish. Most places make you pay for it. The batter-dipped crunches were fried batter fried deliciously crunchy. I enjoyed it because it was crispy on the outside and the inside fish filled juicy with its flavors. I do not know what Captain Ds uses to make them so delicious but I'm sure they did a great job cleaning their fry vats. My highlight was that the food was cooked to order and overall impression is great service and great food!“
