“I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“

“I had the Focaccia caprese sandwich, the strawberry Danish, the oatmeal pie and cinnamon roll. I haven't had focaccia gluten free, so while delicious, it was a bit dense from what I remember how focaccia tasted before my wheat allergy.

The oatmeal pie was tasty, but not like an oatmeal cream pie, but as a very nicely made oatmeal based cookie with marshmallow spread between two cookies. Oatmeal cream pie were my favorite and I have had similar GF copy cats that tasted closer to the the little Debbie Cake version, but this one was very good by it's own right.

The strawberry Danishes were my favorite. I love how close to gluten based Danishes these tasted. Slightly dense and yeasty tasting , but still pleasant to the palate.

My concern as a possible future regular is the use of wheat starch. I'm not gluten free per say, I am a person with a wheat allergy and GF products is the closest I can that accommodates my allergy. With that said, wheat starch is a certified gluten free item and doesn't impact most celiac and genuinely gluten sensitive patrons. However, if you have a wheat allergy, I would say eat with caution - especially the breads that rely on certain starches to rise and hold form.

I intend to taste all the available items to confirm which items are safe for me to consume, but all-in-all, this is a 4.5 with 5 start potential.“

“I recently stopped by Las Tortugas with 3 other coworkers on a Thursday afternoon, and it ended up being one of those meals that you keep talking about long after you leave. The restaurant was not overly busy, which made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable from the moment we walked in.

The first thing that stood out was the service. Everyone there was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly. Since it was our first time trying a few things on the menu, we had several questions, and the staff took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed. They gave recommendations, explained the toppings and flavors, and helped make ordering easy.

I decided to try the specialty hot dogs, and honestly, they were amazing. They were packed with flavor and loaded with fresh toppings that worked perfectly together. The combination of creamy avocado, fresh vegetables, sauces, and perfectly cooked meat created a unique flavor that was both fresh and filling. Every bite had something different going on, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality and made with care. The presentation alone looked incredible, but the taste backed it up completely.

The atmosphere was comfortable and casual, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy good food with family or friends. Nothing felt rushed, and the overall vibe made the experience even better.

If you are looking for something different from the usual restaurant options and want flavorful food with friendly service, Las Tortugas is definitely worth visiting. We will absolutely be coming back again.“

“Babalu Overton is pretty freaking good. I like the decor and the patio seating. I enjoyed a Cuban sandwich and a trio dip starter. The server, Tristan, was freaking great. He was attentive without hovering and I definitely appreciate that.“

“Mom's 90th BD was 5/13/26. I ordered a cake from Georgia over the phone- 10+ days in advance- sweet young lady. All went perfectly for pick-up. Mom & Sister said German Chocolate Cake was superbly delicious. Price was good for size of the cake. They've won new customers.“

My keys were lost and when I tell you they were amazing in helping locate them after a hour of searching!!! “Folk’s Folly is our family’s choice for group and small celebrations. The private rooms are ideal for larger groups. It is our #1 choice for birthday dinners. The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.“

“Hear me out - I visited Olive Garden in Southaven about 5 years ago for the first time and concluded that it was overrated and not what I expected and very much bland and basic. Fast forward to now - I decided to give it another try and let me tell you THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! They changed my mind at this location for sure! Everyone was so kind, I was seated quickly and probably had the best server in the building. She was so attentive to my needs and checked in every few minutes. The building was packed with a work engagement happening so I figured the food would take a bit to come out… it did not! Food came out lighting fast! I had barely eaten my appetizer when my main dish was coming right out! Everything was hot and fresh. Like burn your mouth hot. It was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I must say, my mind is changed and I now love Olive Garden. I feel like I have to come to this one every time now for this experience lol. 10 out of 10. Staff and cooks are on their stuff here.“

“I’ve used them regularly over the last few months for corporate catering, and the food is always exceptional quality. Humdingers has been a huge hit with the staff as it’s something different from chicken nuggets, sandwiches, or pizza. Jennifer, the catering manager, makes the order placement painless for me!“

“My small family & I came here for the first time ever, and it was a great experience, from the service to the food. We tried the Funky Q and Shiitake pizzas. The portions of them are pretty big, and it brought some relief about choosing a small because there’s no way we would’ve finished a medium or large 😅. I also recommend the spinach dip, too; it’s so delicious as an appetizer. Our waitress was amazing as well, big kudos to the staff altogether. We will definitely return to try other pizzas. “Tried a new one! This is my first time here so I went with the recommended CURRY RAMEN with the egg boiled instead of mixed in. I also got to try the FRIEND MANDUS with the HOUSE SOY SAUCE.

The soy sauce was such a winner that I asked for more just to put in my ramen and I took some home! The ramen was packed out and pretty good but I did have to season it up a little to my liking (hence the soy sauce).

The staff was attentive and the ambiance gave a “neighborhood” feel that real Memphians could appreciate. I’ll be back!“
