They were having some technical difficulties and we only had tap and not enough cash to cover our total. Courtney told us it was on her tonight. As a food service worker I understand technology not always cooperating and I know it can be hard while trying to help customers. “My birthday is tomorrow and my wife surprised me with some Oreo cupcakes from Smallcakes. This cupcake is the best I’ve had in years! It reminds me of one I had when I turned 13. 10/10 I definitely recommend!! P.s i literally shed a tear when i finished one😂🤦🏾♂️“

“I go there a lot, but on April 17,2022, I really wanted some Chocolate Fudge ice cream and when she handed it to me I noticed it looked like regular chocolate ice cream. I made a remark that it wasn’t dark and the girl just ignored me. I paid $7 for my sister and I and went ahead and ate it. They obviously put regular chocolate when it was supposed to be Chocolate Fudge. I am very disappointed. And the girl in the back was looking at her phone and sucking on two of her fingers. I should have left immediately. I would like some kind of compensation or I will go to a different place, thank you for listening“

“There were so many flies in the building they couldn't get the orders right then you had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make your other order why you watching flies laying on people's food and all in the back where the food is being made flies or flying on top of people's head on their food at the table seem like there was a lady from corporate there or a district manager and she didn't say nothing about it I don't see how they can pass inspection with all that nastiness around and dirty stuff in their kitchen >>>>>>SONIC I AM VERY SORRY THIS WAS MENT FOR WENDY ON GETWELL BY THE HOSPITAL IT, WAS VERY SICKEN I AM TRULY SORRY. “An amazingly decorated little place!! We went to the location in Germantown. Quaint, friendly, super fast and amazing service! Zebra cake ice cream was awesome, Nanner’ puddin was very bananas! Dole whip was SpongeBob house perfect! Nicely done waffle cone, gooey-butter cake in the ice cream! All amazing!“

“This so far is one of the best. They stay clean for the most part. The cookies get kind of messy when busy.
Good mix of adult and teens/young adults.
Can be kind of crowded and confusing when picking up orders.
Parking: Daytime and Weekends are the hardest.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking on the side.“

“I ordered the 6-pack from Crumbl the week of July 7th, and overall, it was a great treat! I tried the Molten Lava, Brookie, and Milk Chocolate Chip (we got two of those) — all soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The Molten Lava was my personal favorite — rich and gooey in the best way.
I didn’t get to try the Raspberry Cupcake or Biscoff Cheesecake because my kids and their daddy got to them first (they clearly approved 😂). Looking forward to trying those next time. Definitely worth the visit!“

“This place is fantastic!! They have so many options to choose from. We love the popsicles..especially the cucumber chile and the mango chile. So many flavors to choose from. The ice creams are so good and creamy. You can tell they are fresh made. Service is always friendly and quick. Definately a place to stop by if have not been. We go at least twice a month to restock on ice cream.“

“Nice clean place with a good variety of flavors. Forgot to photo the dessert itself, but it was really good. Their fruits are fresh and very good. Nice amount of seating and even a fun activity table for kids. You can take certain flavors or cakes home too that they have pre done. Really nice place to go for frozen yogurt.“

And the lady said: no, it can't be. Maybe you are not forced to eat it. HUUUH. I was born and raised in Mexico! This is nothing new😂 and then he said “Well, I'm going to try it” & as he went back to try it and came back and again said no! Shaking her head. He said “well what do you want?” Excuse me???
At least one piece of gum, lady. Because it's so hard to know... why would I lie? I didn't even eat it. With this economy, we can't pay for waste. I will not return again.“

“The price was slightly lower than expected( compared to other dessert places I have been to in Memphis), and the mango flavor was amazing, just like juicy Indian Alphonso mangoes. I loved how the texture wasn’t too frozen, hurting the teeth, or too soft to slip out of the cone. It was perfectly balanced and tasted great!“

“Gracie Bleu frozen yogurt has lots of flavors to choose from, they have non fat versions too. I tried and liked the strawberry and birthday cake flavors.
This place feels really welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and one of my favorite spots to stop by when I’m craving something light and sweet.“

“the costumer service is outstanding both times we’ve gone. the patty melt is my favorite, we all love the ff too and the custard is awesome, everything we ordered was good i will say on friday night, she screwed up the ice cream order, and custard seemed very soft we ate it anyway sunday was the best and since when do you see anyone asking if your food was ok or if you need anything? that’s how friendly the people are. definitely will return“

“I had a fantastic poke bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, onions, pineapple, mango, masago, seaweed salad, yum yum sauce, and nori flakes — and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I WAS DELIGHTED!! I tried a peach black tea with boba beads and it was satisfying as well. The poke bowl had all of the tastes and textures that I have been craving and I grinned my way through it and totally kicked myself for waiting so long to try it. The fish was fresh, the rice was wonderful, the veggies and fruit were excellent and crisp, the avocado was perfectly creamy, the yum yum sauce was amazing and all of it blended perfectly together for a bowlful of perfect bites that were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. The atmosphere was hip, the music young and fresh, the tables were clean and my husband and I recognized that we were by far the oldest people in the place (mid 40s) - but we loved it and we will be back for more!“

“I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“
