“I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“

They were having some technical difficulties and we only had tap and not enough cash to cover our total. Courtney told us it was on her tonight. As a food service worker I understand technology not always cooperating and I know it can be hard while trying to help customers. “I go there a lot, but on April 17,2022, I really wanted some Chocolate Fudge ice cream and when she handed it to me I noticed it looked like regular chocolate ice cream. I made a remark that it wasn’t dark and the girl just ignored me. I paid $7 for my sister and I and went ahead and ate it. They obviously put regular chocolate when it was supposed to be Chocolate Fudge. I am very disappointed. And the girl in the back was looking at her phone and sucking on two of her fingers. “An amazingly decorated little place!! We went to the location in Germantown. Quaint, friendly, super fast and amazing service! Zebra cake ice cream was awesome, Nanner’ puddin was very bananas! “I ordered the 6-pack from Crumbl the week of July 7th, and overall, it was a great treat! I tried the Molten Lava, Brookie, and Milk Chocolate Chip (we got two of those) — all soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The Molten Lava was my personal favorite — rich and gooey in the best way.

I didn’t get to try the Raspberry Cupcake or Biscoff Cheesecake because my kids and their daddy got to them first (they clearly approved 😂). Looking forward to trying those next time. Definitely worth the visit!“

“This place is fantastic!! They have so many options to choose from. We love the popsicles..especially the cucumber chile and the mango chile. So many flavors to choose from. The ice creams are so good and creamy. You can tell they are fresh made. Service is always friendly and quick. Definately a place to stop by if have not been. Price-wise, it’s budget-friendly, which makes it a decent spot if you’re craving something sweet without breaking the bank. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating, and we ended up chatting and hanging out for almost an hour. The vibe was chill, and we had a great time just catching up.

“The price was slightly lower than expected( compared to other dessert places I have been to in Memphis), and the mango flavor was amazing, just like juicy Indian Alphonso mangoes. I loved how the texture wasn’t too frozen, hurting the teeth, or too soft to slip out of the cone. It was perfectly balanced and tasted great!“

“I had a fantastic poke bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, onions, pineapple, mango, masago, seaweed salad, yum yum sauce, and nori flakes — and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I WAS DELIGHTED!! I tried a peach black tea with boba beads and it was satisfying as well. The poke bowl had all of the tastes and textures that I have been craving and I grinned my way through it and totally kicked myself for waiting so long to try it. The fish was fresh, the rice was wonderful, the veggies and fruit were excellent and crisp, the avocado was perfectly creamy, the yum yum sauce was amazing and all of it blended perfectly together for a bowlful of perfect bites that were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. The atmosphere was hip, the music young and fresh, the tables were clean and my husband and I recognized that we were by far the oldest people in the place (mid 40s) - but we loved it and we will be back for more!“

“Great service, good food. 3 family members and myself went during lunch time and it was really fast. Didn't wait long at all. We ordered the Number 3 combos and a Bacon egg and cheese toaster combo. Foot was hot and delicious. Our server was very polite and had any condiments we needed. The only thing I didn't like was we ordered 4 combos and only got 2 napkins in our bag. Now everyone knows who messy their burgers can be so the 2 napkin thing was a let down. Didn't want to hit the call button just for more napkins so we made due but the food was great and luckily we didn't have a big mess trying to eat n the car while we were there.“
