“They missed an item from my order. I didn't realize until I got home and was ready to eat. I called them and let them know and I would be back in 5 minutes, because they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Anyways. They made it right and even offered to remake my order (i declined because my food was still warm). They were professionally about it and I appreciate it. “I love cookout! There are none where i live now, so when i see one i am there! But i have only ever had one thing there, BBQ chicken sandwich. The first time I went to cookout was in NC and it was the perfect chicken sandwich! So i get it every time! The one i had today was every bit as good as the first one!“

“Raelyn took care of me try the new sauce the last dub was amazing one the ghost pepper wings even with the chance now I could say the ghost peppers taste just a good as they first came out a lot more crispier. I’m also glad they fixed the AC cause before in the summer time. It was super hot and the coworkers still worked their very best in the extreme heat.
