“It only took me 8 years to visit Little Gourmand but I was really impressed by the selection of French groceries available. Got me some escargots and a baguette from Paris and a few other treats like crème de marrons á la vanille. I’m going to have a French Easter. I guess you can take the girl from Belgium but not Belgium from the girl and sometimes I got to have the food I grew up with.“

Every person who asks me about places to go to in Nashville I tell them to come here first and as many times as they can during their trip as the doughnuts are THAT good. Even my Lyft driver was envious he was dropping me off here. This site is a bit smaller but the quality is not diminished at all. I just tired the February seasonal Tiramisu and it was perfect! Espresso and chocolate dusted exterior and this pillowy airy chew with a rich cream inside. I don’t know how they do it but it’s always the best!“

“I was in town for the holidays visiting my family and my cousin told me about this amazing Cupcake Place near by. When I tell you…she was not lying!!!! The cupcakes were so moist and tasted amazing. Even 2 days later the cupcakes were still just as moist as the first day(we bought a good amount) lol. The best is you had flavors that changed based off the month along with some originals. The next time I am in town I will definitely be coming back for more.“

Realized their mistake after dropping off several boxes and had to shuffle cookies around in the remaining boxes in the bed of my truck. We had a cake tasting with the owner, Sarah, and she explained how she is carrying on her grandmother's legacy with the bakery. We appreciated learning this about this cute bakery! Sarah listened to our wish list and we showed her an inspiration photo for the cake. She gave me a life hack about how Hobby Lobby has their florals on sale alternating weeks - I had no idea! And this saved me a lot of money when I purchased the flowers for her to use to decorate the cake, which was done beautifully! It looked exactly how I envisioned. All communication was great! “I love the bread from Great Harvest Bakery. I like to go early and get unsliced loaves fresh out of the oven. It reminds me of my childhood in the Caribbean. You have to try their halla and spinach-feta bread. They are delicious. You can tell that the ingredients are quality. The bread stays fresh and the employees will give you extra bags for freezing if you need it. They are very friendly. Always a great experience.“

The cakes and the desserts they have provided have been vegan and/or gluten free and have looked fantastic! It is important for desserts/cake to look pretty, but more importantly it needs to taste good. From experience, everything I have tasted from Berries N Cream has been exceptional. I honestly couldn't tell if the desserts/cakes were gluten free/vegan. Everything tastes so good that I always go back for more!
