What really makes every visit amazing, is the employees! When you walk in, you're greeted with the best atmosphere. I can go on and on but I'm sure you get the gist by now! 10/10!

“This is one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. I usually shy away from smashburgers because they aren't juicy, but this smash burger is AMAZING. The employees were all so friendly and the place is super cute. I also had a Nemo Sushi milkshake (blueberry banana) was also delicious. My husband's chocolate milkshake was so chocolatey. He also loved his cheeseburger, and he's picky. The Baam sauce was a delight.“

“Stopped in for dinner and got a double bacon jam burger that was outstanding. Fresh ground beef in house with buns baked in house as well. Really a good burger cooked perfectly. Fresh cut fries were incredibly good as well. Washed everything down with a Sam Adams summer ale. This is a no cash restaurant which is annoying but the food being so good helps with that aggravation. Food and service are excellent just don't like putting a burger on my credit card.“

“Friday night after a few drinks late night at some local bars and not wanting to drive far from our hotel, we ordered from here and LOVEDDDD it. Pizza was hot, fresh ingredients & we ate every single slice. To top it off they graciously added a 2 liter of sprite to our order that we didn't even order & let us use their restroom. That following Sat we decided to try something different on the menu & we still were more than happy. The small calzone was HUGE and full of ingredients but not too much. The cheesesteak hoagie was a great portion too. 4 people ate just those 2 things and we all we FULL! And again we were offered a free soda. We now all have this placed saved for our return to Nashville“

Then we shared the Jalapeño Popper Burger, ordered medium rare, cooked perfectly with just the right kick of heat. We upgraded to the Nashville Hot Tots… yum! Our server Nate brought that authentic Tennessee charm, prompt, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We grabbed a Cookie Butter Shake to go and WOWZA! Sweet, rich, and dangerously good. Well yeah same here, dirty dirty dirty, paper towels are everywhere, mirrors looks like never been clean since 6 years ago, floors are dirty, how this can be still functional? “I visited Hugh Baby’s for the first time a couple of months ago, and it was a great experience for my family and me. My kids, who are notoriously picky eaters, not only finished their meals but loved the food! The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, perfect for a family outing.

One of the highlights of our visit was our interaction with our cashier, whose name started with a “D.” She was a true reflection of the classic Southern hospitality Nashville was once known for—friendly, warm, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, and it really made our visit memorable. After a brief convo, I learned that she has adult children and is a Nashville native which made total sense. She truly made our visit special, and I hope she’s recognized for her incredible service.

“I haven't been to this location in a long time. However today 4/23/24 @2pm I just had the best experience. I got a double whopper with cheese just the sandwich no combo. Everyone was so nice and sweet. The older lader at the register was super nice. The super young lady at the window was such a breathe of fresh air. She said your awesome or something like that lmao I was just so shocked ? at the great service. Then I opened my whopper it looked just like the pictures lol. I just think they deserve their props because this was top tier customer service from a fast food restraunt. Not going to lie my day was just a regular day not bad or good. However they really did put a lot of effort in my order and I think now a days that is rare. Thank you two ladies for being awesome.“
