“We get Bojangles Breakfast every Sunday morning before church. Bojangles in Bristol, Tn on Volunteer Parkway is the best Bojangles to go to. The employees are very nice, keeps the dining area really clean, always speaks Good Morning to us. I recommend them on Sunday Mornings.“

“We unfortunately moved away from the tri cities a couple years ago. I used to drive from Johnson City to Bristol to get pizza! My husband and I, when we were dating, used to go all the time. He just went on a trip to visit some friends from college, and he said, “what do you want me to bring back?” He expected me to say bluebird, but I said, “bring me some ranch from valentinos.” Best ranch I’ve ever had! I could drink it with a straw. The pizza is terrific, and the service was always great. I miss living closer!“

“We ordered the 32 bone-in wings with the 4 different flavors. The wings were so grossly over cooked and the flavors were so indistinguishable from each other that we ended up throwing them away!!! These were without a doubt the worst wings we have ever had!!! Totally unpalatable!!! The curly fries that were boxed with them were so soggy and oil laden along with being so overly seasoned...., for a company that says JUST WINGS, I can`t imagine that they could surprise anyone with greatness!! This experience was just plain awful! Hope the next customer has a better experience than what we had! Won`t be back!!!“

“Had wings from here last night and they were fantastic. Only downside was you no longer had the Experience sauce, as it was amazingly tasty with heat. The Xtra hot buffalo was good, but was brought out some scorpion buffalo which was ok on heat, but lacked flavor. I love stupid hot hot wings, but gotta give me some flavor. Since this happened I ordered 8 Strawberry Chipotle wings, and though they have no heat to me, they are amazingly tasty. I do wish though that you would bring back The Experience, because it was the best tasting hottest sauces you have. Luckily, I brought along my own ghost pepper powder to kick it up without sacrificing flavor.. I will be back.“

“We had attended a concert at ETSU and looked for a place for late eats. Well this Smokey Bones location was busy and we found this location to be fabulous. All our food was excellent. The three pretzel app was so good. I had a side salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. The barbecue sandwich with sweet potato frys was deliscious. The grilled cheese with barbecue was amazingly good with a side of deliscious Mac and cheese. All the food was spot on. The real beauty of our late night meal was definitely Simone. She was doing it all. What an amazing personality. Simone made our visit a highlight to our great night. We would go back to eat here again to see Simone. Hope she gets recognized for her brilliance. Thank you Simone for your beautiful personality.“

“The photos are misleading and no longer apply. They downsized the location. They have tables to sit down but no waiting service. You order like take-out. The saving grace was the awesome register staff as well as the fresh, hot and delicious food. The pizzas and wings were piping hot!“

“We ordered a to go order. 1 pan pepperoni pizza with extra marinara sauce, 1 pan pizza with extra marinara sauce and lots of toppings, 8 boneless wings, and breadsticks with cheese.Everything was good except for the loaded pizza the middle was soggy. Maybe our mistake for asking for extra sauce, but we had to bake it more at home. This is usually a great Pizza Hut and we will return! We like the sweet marinara better than the regular pizza sauce so they were nice to change it for us.“

“I absolutely love the Pepperoni Poofs (yes, they are called Puffs but poofs sound so much more fun). I love that they have the poofs hotnready and I can swing by on the way to work for a meal. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t big but they are filling.“

It's like the old school pizza hut you may remember in the early and mid 90's the way the dining room is set up with great values on pizza meals for 2 or more people. The service was ? !! The waitstaff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut in Northeast Tennessee here at this West Kingsport on West Stone Drive location by far !! “We ordered two pizzas on Sunday, Jan. 19th for carry out. It was snowing and roads were getting slick, made it to the entrance of the subdivision only to turn around and come back home. Called the store and asked for delivery and explained out dilemma. The manager made no promises, but said he would give it a try. 20 minutes later Todd pulled up to our house in a 4x4 with hot pizzas. Durning our conversation I found out that Todd was an Army veteran and he has worked with Papa John's for two years making deliveries. He explained that he enjoyed this job because he gets to meet new people every day. Thank you to the store manager and Todd. We will be ordering from Papa John's again, requesting Todd again, snow or shine. ..... oh yeah, the pizzas were great too.“

“The food was great! The service was great! and the air (atmosphere) is great! But one wrong thing is that the atmosphere channel was social media videos and they said it is the only channel they have. What if they have game shows on the TV!“

“I recently got the cookie/brownie with M&Ms...I had no idea it was such a skimpy package [only 4 in a pkg] of little brownies in a plastic wrap. I thought it would be actually baked and made fresh. I was shocked when they handed me that tiny package of unfresh, cold, tiny brownies for that much money--- totally NOT worth the wrapping it's in! Do not waste your money on this pathetic brownie-- go to Dominoes!! They actually make their's fresh and it's big and warm and super yummy!! -totally worth the money!!“

“An employee named Teresa helped us purchase a gift card so we could use the recent promotions we had seen online but didn't realize that it was online order only. We place our order through the app so that we could collect rewards for our account. She was super friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and fresh (all but the fries) in a timely manner.

On a side note I really miss the buffet, used to come by and eat there when I was a kid.“

“We came to,Hooters tonight because we love the wings. We had the worst service ever tonight. We were seated and waited 25 minutes before we were told someone would be with us. We then waited 15 more minutes and still noone had even took our drink order or checked on us. A total of 40 minutes sitting at the table with ALL the waitresses just walking by our table without acknowledging us. We left after 40-45 minutes wasted without eating“
