So they brought my food out to me. The staff are very polite. It is a pleasure to go to J’s Corner. And I like that they close on Sunday now.“

“It really excites me that there are Bojangles locations nearby. This one happens to be my favorite but that could be a result of being conveniently located not far from home. The access is awesome and parking is hassle-free. The food is always fresh and the space is always clean. Fried Chicken is my favorite and this is where I always go to cure the craving. The staff members are forever inviting and extremely helpful offering top notch customer service.“

“We ordered the 32 bone-in wings with the 4 different flavors. The wings were so grossly over cooked and the flavors were so indistinguishable from each other that we ended up throwing them away!!! These were without a doubt the worst wings we have ever had!!! Totally unpalatable!!! The curly fries that were boxed with them were so soggy and oil laden along with being so overly seasoned...., for a company that says JUST WINGS, I can`t imagine that they could surprise anyone with greatness!! This experience was just plain awful! Hope the next customer has a better experience than what we had! Won`t be back!!!“

“Wanted to shout out the crew at the Bristol Va store #037662. We have been ordering from this location for about 6-8 months and the staff (Ashley in particular) has been gracious and making a seemingly mundane task of ordering food a fun experience. The food is always fresh and quality is great. We had an issue with the last pizza not being very hot and spoke with Ashley tonight prior to ordering and she ensured the door dash driver placed the pizza in a delivery bag to keep it hot. Pizza came piping hot and yet another fast and great order from this location and staff, they deserve some kudos.“

“Justin and Tina went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered pepperoni on the app and got home and they were cheese? The app must have glitched out and when I called and explained they remade the pizza no questions asked. Great crew great food.“

“I wish I remembered the name of the lady that took care of me at the window because I’ve never had someone from a fast food place take care of me more than what this lady did. She said she usually works at the mountain city location but they had her working here for a bit. This lady took the time to save me money by ordering everything in one combo when I ordered everything seperately. She has to drive an hour out of her way to get this location going and it didn’t affect her smile or day at all. God bless this lady. KFC you need to take care of this lady because she is an angel!“

“Had an issue with the place down the street and door dash allowing an order for a closed place. Switched order to the HUT, and the only 2 staff there took care of the order extremely prompt and was super courteous! The pizza was the same golden brown crust as I remember from being a kid. Lol.. the restroom was even super clean!
Please get that associate and shift manager some help to keep rockin it!!

“Ordered online thru the app. Popeye’s Spicy Chicken is the best. Order was ready upon arriving, I was given a drink for free. Staff at the Bristol, Virginia location are very friendly and courteous! Store was exceptionally clean! Food was wonderful!“
