The young man that parked my Jeep was so nice and professional. But back to the restaurant. After reading a lot of posts on Reddit regarding the top cocktail bars in Nashville, me and my mates decided on Pullman Standard at my request. Even for folks not as obsessed with coffee drinks as myself, they were all absolutely blown away. This is the absolute best Espresso Martini in Nashville and I would argue it has to be one of the best in the country as well. She’s T H I C C, creamy, not a sugar bomb, and it deviates from the 3 bean garnish with a delightful, tasteful placement of coffee grounds. Nice, quiet, elegant environment and the bartender was super cool even after our group orders like 35 of these. Will return next time I’m in town.“

This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet! I have never liked the licorice taste of absinthe, but the experience will forever change your taste profile. “We came to Husk with high expectations for elevated Southern cuisine, and the quality of the food certainly delivered. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, and it’s clear the kitchen takes great pride in its ingredients and execution.

That said, we were a bit disappointed by the limited menu selection, as we expected a few more options. We also felt that some of the dishes were priced on the high side relative to the portion sizes.

Overall, it was a good dining experience, and we’re glad we tried it. While it wasn’t quite the value or variety we were hoping for, others looking for refined Southern cooking may still enjoy it. For us, it was a one-time experience.“

“My kids took me for my birthday. Walking in, the ladies at the front were very nice wishing me a happy birthday. Our waiter, Clifton, could not have been any nicer or attentive. My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. “This was my first time touring a distillery on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail! Corsair Distillery was a great experience that I would recommend to any whiskey lover or newbie visiting Nashville. Mitch was a great tour guide, extremely personable and taught us a ton about the distillation process and about Corsairs various offerings. 5 stars or more for sure!“

I called the restaurant and offered to send payment for shipping if they would mail it. They plan on mailing it to her Monday...no charge, compliments of the restaurant! They didn't have to do that, but it is so appreciated, and our food and service were great too. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Edleys BBQ!!“

“I stayed at the hotel for several days and had the privilege of enjoying the complimentary breakfast each morning. I took full advantage of it, and to my surprise, every meal was excellent.

On the first day, I had the steak and eggs, which exceeded my expectations and was absolutely delicious. The next morning, I tried the bagel and lox sandwich, which was fantastic. On the third day, I went with the traditional Southern breakfast, and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The grits were outstanding, and the sourdough bread was excellent as well.

The only downside was the service on the first day. Our waiter seemed distracted and not particularly attentive. We had to ask other staff members several times for coffee and a few other items. I think the hotel and restaurant should either provide additional training or ensure their waitstaff are better prepared, because the food and overall dining experience are truly excellent, and poor service can easily take away from that.

One additional recommendation: if you’re a coffee lover, check out the attached coffee shop. I found the coffee there to be much better than what was served in the restaurant, and it seemed like they may be using a different blend.

Overall, the food was outstanding, and despite the service issue on the first day, I would definitely recommend dining here“
