The young man that parked my Jeep was so nice and professional. But back to the restaurant. “The absinthe tasting menu was amazing! Choice of 3 different absinthes off a pretty extensive menu and was paired with a truffle. The drip with the drinks were nice so that you can manage the amount of water you want. The non absinthe drink menu was great too for those that do not like absinthe!“

The meal started off strong with the coffee, which was absolutely amazing. Food-wise, the omelette was top tier, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, and the potatoes were a really solid side to round out the plate.

My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. The butter cake was great and the waiter surprised me with Crème Brûlée. All very good. Great atmosphere. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for making my birthday memorable!“
