“I will be honest, I didn’t purchase a sub this visit but I will the next time - which will be soon. The reason is because of your employee Damon.
I walked in sweaty, a few minutes prior to 8pmCST after a 6mile run (humble brag). I asked if I could possibly fill up my water bottle - which I thought I had filled up more prior to leaving my house. Without hesitation, Damon said, “ok course.” I told him, “I am a proud JMS Shore Points carrier and I will remember this.” Thanks again Damon.“

“The sandwich artist making my order today (Nov 26th @ around 8 pm) is truly an artist. I ordered via DoorDash and I’ve learned to lower my expectations when I’ve ordered from this Subway before. But the sandwich was PERFECT. Generous portions of veggies and meat, not completely smothered in condiments. There was also some confusion because of the way I ordered that was completely my fault but they added some cookies as an ‘apology’ when it was my mistake? Overall just a great experience and I’ll be ordering from here frequently again if they keep it up with making great sandwiches like that!“

“But only if you eat in. I eat there often , but today it took over 2 hours to get food on a delivery order Only half arrived and the food that came was not right and bread was dry. Refunded us for food that didn’t come , but didn’t seem very concerned. If I mess up in my business I bend over backwards to make it right. Definitely not Publix or Chick-fil-A😫“
