I ordered from my mobile app and forgot to ask for no horseradish. I called in and the manager said he would get it changed... I got my order... it wasn’t changed... BUT still delicious so I didn’t mind :) .. about 20 minutes after I finished eating I got a call from Panera saying they were sorry they didn’t get my order right and they were going to send it to me correctly... I said it’s fine but they insisted... the 2nd time was a delicious as the first time! Great customer...read full review
