Ordered the duet they informed use out or wild rice soup. Said we couldn’t substitute a different soup. Not even one on the duet menu. But the sandwich I wanted only came with the option of wild rice soup!! I’m not asking to substitute for my own taste. You are freaking out of it!! Not my fault. Ridiculous and the two employees could have cared less to offend a solution. Seriously RIDICULOUS
I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a sandwich. When the young lady who took my order brought me my order she said she didn’t make it, “they” did. She offered me a refund and then got the manager. The manager said they were busy and “sorry” with a mad look on her face. This was 2 o’clock in the afternoon not exactly peak lunchtime. I saw the staff working hard for pickup orders, but if you go through the drive thru be prepared to wait a long time. Go somewhere...read full review
