Taco Bell in Chattanooga

“When i say this is the best Taco Bell around, I mean it. They actually fill their food correctly instead of just putting a bite in and wrapping the tortilla 🤣🤣 staff was wonderful and friendly! Even came and checked to see how the food was!“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“I was greeted as soon as I walked into the restaurant. I ordered 3 regular tacos and water. My order came quickly. There were a couple crumbs on the tray, not sure why. Most of the tables were fairly clean. They have plenty of seating. The meat in the tacos was hot, in a very good way. Wish they would put more than a couple shreds of cheese on. Some cheese on tacos would have given the food quality a 5 star. This is not a Taco Bell in my area, so probably won't return to this one.“

“Don't go for a lot of fast food, of late, but decided to treat myself to a late night run for the border.

Drive thru moved quickly, service was fast and friendly, food was fresh and still hot when I got home, even after a quick stop on the way. Plenty of sauces and napkins, as requested, and I was given a receipt without asking.

Top drawer service by the Broad Street location. Will do it again.“

“That was probably the best and fastest experience I have ever had in a drive-through!!
I pulled up. They greeted me. Got my order. Paid for my food. Got my food and was out of there within 3 to 5 minutes food good drink is cold. Fantastic service 10 out of 10.“

“Taco Bell, sometimes the service is a bit slow but the food that you have come to expect from this restaurant. The renovated lobby and outdoor seating areas are very nice. Sat outside today, it wasn't too cool but they had the built in heaters in the ceiling on“

“Eric Pickens saved the day, got some food I wasn’t happy with, went to Eric, and he made it fresh and was very very cool about it. It’s evident he knows customer service through and through. Makes me want to go to this taco bell more often.“

“My grandson are homeless,but we had money to buy food.The gentlemen,Named Robert ,was so nice,that it almost made us feel like we weren't homeless for a few minutes.😄and the assistant manager was also great. And we appreciate very much. Kind gestures go a long way. God bless them“
