“Nice restaurant. Hey management, SWITCH OUT the outdoor workers throughout the day. They should not be forced to work outside all day when temps are 30 degrees with strong wind gusts. Those heater either need to be angled towards the workers or put them in a little heated structure. Get with the times and help your workers out. I understand this is not an individual store policy but someone needs to watch out for the little guy (ones forced to work outside all day). Let’s treat others how we wish to be treated.“

“My parents and I decided to grab lunch and ended up eating at this small, family-owned Korean place called Fly Chicken Fly. When Mom and I walked in, I could tell that this was a well-loved place. The owner, the ajumma, was friendly and kind. We ordered some sweet and spicy wings, fried rice, and a pork cutlet bento box for Dad. The food was DELICIOUS and the perfect portions for lunch. Hot, fresh, and spicy (but not too spicy), and reasonably priced. Masisseoyo (맛있어요). (I forgot to take photos because I was so immersed in EATING the food.)

Fly Chicken Fly could be easily called a "hole-in-the-wall" place located in a strip mall. It's not fancy; however, it's so much more. Based upon the large group of regulars at one table and several customers coming in and out to grab take-out and chatting with the owner, this is a local place worth checking out. I also noticed they had different banchans (side dishes) and dduk (Korean rice cakes) to purchase as well. Overall, the next time we are in Clarksville, we will come back. “Great food, would have been perfect place to eat had not the manager not been disciplining a employee in front of everyone eating. There is a time and place for this. It wasn't that he was tying to been seen his voice carried so everyone could hear everything he was saying, should not have had to experience that. But food, service, sweet tea was excellent ( please don't ever go to fountain tea it's awful) building and parking lot was great. This was our
first time eating at Zaxbys I will definitely try other stores because of this one.“

“The Zaxby’s locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O’Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. At all three stores I have received quality food and service. Of course each store is different with a variety of employees but they have each taken the time to listen to concerns (if there were any). They have a great “order ahead” online service where you skip the line and everything is packaged well and ready on time!! Group and large catering orders have been nothing but smooth every time I have used these services (which is often)! While they have so many great choices - their salads are the BEST around - in my opinion :)“
