She walked me through all the flavors and helped me with the kids meal sandwich to make sure my son wanted everything that came on it. Words cannot express how much I appreciated her. She is the PRIME EXAMPLE of outstanding customer service. Everyone in my opinion, should be like her. It was such a pleasant experience. The food was absolutely amazing as well, and I cannot wait to go back! 10/10 highly recommended!“

“They are very sweet. The one guy does not speak good English but he is so sweet unlike the panda Express they all have bad attitudes. I really like this Subway they are really sweet they're really good at their jobs and they try really hard. They have a better work ethic than any other restaurant I thank you they work hard they're sweet they're polite and they do their best. They get it correct most of the time and they will correct it themselves and they are so so so so so so so great.“

“I was highly disappointed to discover there are no highchair. We had a set of 10 month twins and nowhere for them to sit. We had to try to eat sandwiches with 1 hand and holding a baby. Crazy being 2024, with all our fancy technology, and no highchair.“

“Keshun was an absolute pleasure from the moment we walked in. He didn’t rush us, made suggestions, said hi to our little girl. A bit after we ordered, he came over and apologized the order was taking a little longer than expected but that was because when one of our sandwiches got back got to him to bring to us, it didn’t meet his expectations - HE would have wanted it better so he wanted it better for us. He then made sure to make it up to us and made sure we were beyond happy before we left. He took pride in his job and made sure we had an excellent experience!“

“I only went here, because we were seeing 2 movies across the street at Regal and we had a 90 minute break between them.
It is a small restaurant, but clean and in good repair. The staff were patient and very good with getting my kids's orders.
We go to the movies every week and now make a point to eat at this subway each time

“I usually do not prefer subway, and haven't eaten there in years because of a bad experience, but I was in the mall and hungry so I decided to give it a try. The guy that made my sub, I believe his name is Marcus, was very sweet (and cute ?). He made my sub exactly how I wanted it. He is a very good listener because I kept stuttering and I was nervous, but he still managed to understand everything. He made my sub very fast and I got to absolutely demolish it as soon as he handed it to me. I’m definitely going to subway again because of this experience, 5/5. :)“

“Crowd pleaser! It was our first time eating here together and every kid was happy! From pizza, to heated meatball sub to kid plain turkey to my kid turkey fully loaded it was all good! We got the FOOT LONG COOKIE- at first we were feeling a bit overcharged for $5 at $1 each piece but then we are it and we're not sad anymore. It was heated and gooey hot with chocolate - who can be sad with that. Worth it for a sometimes treat!

The fountain drinks had no coke zero or zero sugar option. That was a big issue for me. Especially since I had portion chosen a single piece of cookie for my sugar budget. They do need to swap out a zero sugar drink soda option.

Dining in is a good experience.

“Me and my son had a fantastic experience at this Subway location today! The staff were incredibly outgoing, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. My sandwich was made perfectly and tasted amazing—fresh ingredients and just the right amount of everything. This is definitely one of the best Subway experiences I've had, and I'll be coming back again for sure!“
