“Tatiana was PHENOMENAL! It was my first time trying this restaurant and she was so kind and thoughtful, but also fast and efficient. She walked me through all the flavors and helped me with the kids meal sandwich to make sure my son wanted everything that came on it. Words cannot express how much I appreciated her. She is the PRIME EXAMPLE of outstanding customer service. Everyone in my opinion, should be like her. It was such a pleasant experience. The food was absolutely amazing as well, and I cannot wait to go back! 10/10 highly recommended!“

“Keshun was an absolute pleasure from the moment we walked in. He didn’t rush us, made suggestions, said hi to our little girl. A bit after we ordered, he came over and apologized the order was taking a little longer than expected but that was because when one of our sandwiches got back got to him to bring to us, it didn’t meet his expectations - HE would have wanted it better so he wanted it better for us. He then made sure to make it up to us and made sure we were beyond happy before we left. He took pride in his job and made sure we had an excellent experience!“

“This is one of the best Firehouse Subs locations I have ever been to. Everyone on staff is friendly, service is efficient, the restaurant is always clean or being cleaned, the food is good and, on the extremely rare occasion when the staff doesn't get something right, they fix it immediately.“

It is a small restaurant, but clean and in good repair. The staff were patient and very good with getting my kids's orders.
We go to the movies every week and now make a point to eat at this subway each time

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s location. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. The restaurant was spotless, my order was prepared exactly as requested, and the service was impressively fast, true to Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” reputation.
What really stood out was the store manager. She is one of the hardest-working and most professional managers I have encountered. You can immediately tell she takes tremendous pride in her work and genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude create an atmosphere where everything runs smoothly.
What impressed me most was that even when the store ran out of bread yesterday, she stayed calm, found solutions, and still made everything work seamlessly. That kind of resourcefulness and dedication speaks volumes about her commitment to providing excellent service no matter what challenges come up. Instead of letting a problem derail the day, she handled it with grace and professionalism and kept customers satisfied.

“Crowd pleaser! It was our first time eating here together and every kid was happy! From pizza, to heated meatball sub to kid plain turkey to my kid turkey fully loaded it was all good! We got the FOOT LONG COOKIE- at first we were feeling a bit overcharged for $5 at $1 each piece but then we are it and we're not sad anymore. It was heated and gooey hot with chocolate - who can be sad with that. Worth it for a sometimes treat!

The fountain drinks had no coke zero or zero sugar option. That was a big issue for me. Especially since I had portion chosen a single piece of cookie for my sugar budget. They do need to swap out a zero sugar drink soda option.

Dining in is a good experience.
