“I was about to give up on Jimmy Johns because the last couple times I’ve ordered they have gotten it wrong by leaving several ingredients out despite it being a mobile order and them having exactly what I wanted in front of them. This was my first time at this location, but they literally made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I had been looking forward to eating that sandwich all day as I had recently been sick and it was the only thing that sounded good to me and they did not disappoint. The staff was also super friendly and polite. Thank you for making my first meal after a lengthy illness so amazing.“

“My son and other family members were visiting Clarksville, we ordered burgers and a few other food items at 12:30am. My son said his burger was “hands down” one of the best burgers. The burger was absolutely delicious!!! Also, the milk shake, the Mac n cheese bites, fries, the platter were absolutely delicious!!! Our new favorite place! Thank you 😊“

“I love the food!!! Never have issues with food. However the staff today when I visited, someone was at the register twice and walked off instead of allowing me to go ahead and pay and get out of way of others ordering. I don't like a lot of lettuce, and I barely caught dude in time to stop him from adding more than enough lettuce and he seemed to have an attitude about it. He asked what we wanted on a sandwich that wasn't ours and when I said that's not our then said I thought you said you had 2 sandwiches, which we did but our other one was on the grill!

The girl at the register with pink hair did apologize for us being walked away on twice! And got us checked out so all we had to do was wait for the other sandwich.“

“The manager on duty is a best in class food service manager! He made sure my experience was exceptional even though my order entered in the register was a little wonky. He quickly fixed the tiny mistake. My food came out hot and was super fresh. The atmosphere of this Penn Station makes sure I come back each time I visit the Clarksville area! “I was highly disappointed to discover there are no highchair. We had a set of 10 month twins and nowhere for them to sit. We had to try to eat sandwiches with 1 hand and holding a baby. Crazy being 2024, with all our fancy technology, and no highchair.“

“Crowd pleaser! It was our first time eating here together and every kid was happy! From pizza, to heated meatball sub to kid plain turkey to my kid turkey fully loaded it was all good! We got the FOOT LONG COOKIE- at first we were feeling a bit overcharged for $5 at $1 each piece but then we are it and we're not sad anymore. It was heated and gooey hot with chocolate - who can be sad with that. Worth it for a sometimes treat!

The fountain drinks had no coke zero or zero sugar option. That was a big issue for me. Especially since I had portion chosen a single piece of cookie for my sugar budget. They do need to swap out a zero sugar drink soda option.

Dining in is a good experience.

“I ordered the Vito Picklewich. It was the perfect sandwich for me. I cant eat much at a time, so this having no bread was what I needed. It was fresh, wet and every ingredient had its own taste. It was well put together and came cut in half. It was also cheap, which is great when you cant eat a lot of food at one setting. A 5 star Picklewich a 5 star experience.“

“Quick, easy and delicious! I prefer to use the drive thru touchscreen menu around back. I have my usual order saved and just tap in my phone number. So easy. The bread and toppings are fresh. If you prefer to watch them make it, there is adequate parking on the side of the business. Just pull in and come in. Either way, they do a great job at Subway on Tiny Town Rd attached to the Shell fuel station. Keep smiling and have a great day!“
