Made an online order, said I was gonna pay in cash. As the cashier was handing me my change, my hand flat to get said change, her hand tilted back towards the tip jar and quarters fell in the tip jar. Got 6 cents and should have gotten back 56 cents. Manager was having to make the food alongside her employees, glared at me because one of the workers waved me over to say my food was ready. Just standing close to the counter, not near other patrons. Got a Vito, added extra stuff...read full review
Would've given then 5 stars on food but they put so much oil and vinegar on my sandwich that I had to throw the bread away bc it was sopping wet.
Have to say I lived in Nevada for 14 years and utilized the Jimmy John’s there the bread was always fresh and soft and not store-bought like this was and the roast beef very dry I’ll not be returning there again. I also really do resent many places expecting a tip for somebody to cut a sandwich and handed to me. I was a waitress for many years and when you work on a table, you deserve a tip when you hand a sandwich to somebody I don’t think it’s necessary it’s offensive.
