“People are so quick to point out the negativeand rarely bring positive attention when they have experienced it. But that it what I am doing. I arrived at the Hardee's in Ducktown TN around 8:30ish. Even though closing is at 9:00, nobody ever really wants the stragglers coming in late (me included). John and David waited on me at the drive thru. They were super nice and friendly. They made sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. I have dealt with John several times and he has always been positive.This location used to be top notch. It was always clean and well stocked. Something happened....new owners, new manager, etc. and the place went down hill FAST. I stopped going for years for this reason. Recently, my situation required me to stop by and grab something on the way home. I waa quite skeptical at first but ended up pleasantly surprised with the service I received and the quality of the food.Kudos to whomever spearheaded these changes. It is almost like the "Hardee's of Old".Thank you,Lindsey McDonald“

They are the angels on earth they for more than cook EXCELLENT FOOD the whole crew rocks .ild rather eat here than the steak house I've never eat anything bad her from biscs to lunches now there serving mu love food foot long hot dogs there the greatest .“

UPDATE 10/2024: I forgot to tell you... get a peanut butter sauce Sunday with a small amount of hot fudge added, then top it off with heaps of whipped cream. Uh Mu Gu... let it sit for 15 or 20 minutes t9 melt just a bit and enjoy. It's to die for, anytime of the year. And the chicken fingers are still the best in the biz by a mile.“

“This is a great retro Pizza Hut, 99% amazing. The only thing missing is a nice pitcher of beer. The city needs to get over the radius to a church, so these people can serve wine and beer. Jesus made wine at the wedding of Cana to be served to guests. John 2:1-11“

“It's really a great place to eat, especially when ordering through the mobile app (door dash delivery is a life saver!). Went inside today and the service was fast and efficient; however, there was some trash on the floor and we did have to ask for an item that was forgotten. Overall, I had a great time and the food was delicious.“

“We are from northern Ohio and there are no Bojangles around us. The first time we've ever eaten here. This is the most superior fast food we have ever had. Our sons want to move here just so we can live close to a Bojangles 😂. The service was also phenomenal. The gentleman who took our order was super friendly. Thanks for a great experience!“

“Arby's always has a huge selection of delicious food. The service isn't what I consider fast, but the person who took our order was friendly and professional. The lobby area was clean. We went in for takeout due to the length of the line at the drive-through.“
