“We ordered take out for our first visit this evening. Husband ordered the Habanero Combo Special, while I had the Beef Chimichanga Dinner. Everything was FANTASTIC. Ready on time, priced right, quality and quantity over the top. Since we're new to the area, we'll now be regular customers. We have enough leftovers for a quasi Huevos Rancheros for Breakfast. Kudos!!!!! Great job!“

“Excellent!! My husband and I love Mexican food and had recently eaten at a Mexican restaurant while on a trip that was not good Mexican, so the El Rio was somewhat on trial. It definitely passed the test and restored our faith in good Mexican food!
The service was great, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful - all the things that make for a great Mexican restaurant!
My husband had steak fajitas, and I had my favorite, shrimp quesadilla. It was perfect!
The tortilla chips were light, airy, and crisp, just the way I love them.
I can't think of one negative thing about this restaurant.“

“Hands down THE Best bbq joint in Blue Ridge! I had the mushroom burger & hubby had the pulled pork! The potato salad was AMAZING and tasted straight from the farm to grandmas kitchen. All 4 of my kids had something different on the menu & there was nothing left on any of our plates.. we will definitely be back!“

“What a great choice for our first restaurant in Blue Ridge! Our server, Tracy was great and the food was really good! I had to order The Chub because I loved grilled bologna sandwiches as a kid and it was a very nostalgic, fun and delicious choice! My husband enjoyed The Firehouse and we had the yummy deep fried deviled eggs as a starter.“

“My wife and I were in Blue Ridge for a weekend trip and decided to try this restaurant for lunch. SO glad we did! I got a Cuban sandwich and my wife had the steak sandwich. Both were amazing! We came back later in the day and picked a rum cake and a piece of tres leches cake to take back to our cabin. Both were incredible! This was our favorite restaurant on our trip and we will definitely be back!“

“Reservation one month in advance for patio ,asked hostess if that was it out front. Waited 35 minutes she then went to seat us inside, we said outside please waited waited at least 20 more minutes, then 10 more to be greeted. ,med rare 16 oz. Ribeye,was very rare. Potatoes good. G.m.approached every table but ours. I still tipped 20 percent to server, not all her fault. . Never again“

“We go to Chester's fairly often and can recommend it highly. It's super popular and takes no reservations, so having to wait is no fun. But once you're seated, the service is friendly and quick, the fast-casual food is delicious, and the price moderate. Why is Chesters's popular, crowded and successful? “I have made this my Friday pizza spot. 5 weeks in a row I ordered pizza and salad take out. Its ready when I arrive. The pizza is delicious. Toppings are fresh. Sauce and cheese nice ratio, not over done. Keep up the consistently good food!“

“This review is specifically about the La Pizzeria next to Cucina Rustica (see my other reviews for the main restaurant). Very happy with the La Pizzeria. Food is the same as the formal main restaurant but much more affordable & casual. Very good for Sunday after church restaurant. Went with my wife but the menu seems perfect for families with children & they had several tables for big groups. Meatball sub was tasty & chicken Alfredo had large portions & was clearly made fresh. Most entrees are $11-$15 with some closer to $20.“

“Stopped in for pizza with friends. Service(Shannon was our waitress) was fabulous! And the appetizers and pizza were absolutely delicious. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Beer was cold and there is nothing that could have been done better.“

“Papa’s Pizza in McCaysville, its great it is open 7 days a week for take out, where other places in the area are not open every day. Food has always been good here and not very expensive, employee’s have always been friendly, pizza is good but not favorite, subs and garlic bread are real good, chicken wings may be small but tasty real good, highly recommend giving them a try.“

“Stumbled upon this gem. The wings were with the best Parmesan garlic sauce! The wings were crispy too. The pizza was amazing as well. We got Buffalo Chicken Pizza and The Meats. The pizza crust was great as was the ranch dressing. Our waitress of hospitable! Great great experience!“

“Great experience, as always! Our server Casey was fantastic, she went above and beyond! Food was amazing. We’ve had almost everything on the menu and are never disappointed. You get a very warm and cozy feeling while being here. If I can saying anything negative, the Hostess could use some training to understand they make the first impression when someone walks in that door. We were greeted by 2 and they weren’t the most welcoming, I don’t like feeling like I’m bothering someone when I walk into an establishment. Other than those minuscule 20 seconds, 5 stars everywhere else!“

“I like domino’s, always have and always will. This location seems to have better than average management. Service is fast, and the orders are prepared accurately. “Great Wings & Great Drinks at Blue Coyote Blue Coyote is a must-stop in Blue Ridge if you love great wings and well-made drinks. The wings are outstanding—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and some of the best in the area. Pair them with a drink from the bar and you’re set. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, the drinks are strong and tasty, and the overall vibe makes it a great place to hang out with friends or unwind after a day in town. Consistently good food, great drinks, and a spot we always enjoy coming back to. Highly recommend.“
