As for the food, the sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries were way too salty. The dirty rice was good. The sodas were good. The chicken supremes though were not very fresh. I would have rather waited for some minutes for fresh than to have been served some that were tough and lukewarm. We came to the drive thru at an awkward time, after lunch but before dinner. I really wish that restaurants would just say “there will be a however long wait for some fresh food”.“

“Best Taco Bell in town. We generally go on the weekend and find the staff excellent! Only problem is, since their remodel several years back, I think water is getting in the walls behind their stacked stone facade. It is causing a pretty severe mold/mildew issues around the dining room, about chair rail height. It has gotten progressively worse over the years. They had better get on it, or some serious repairs will be required. Maybe even a total tear out. Please fix it before you are forced to close to rebuild. It would be a shame if you had to close.“

We eat at multiple Mcdonalds locations and it is almost expected that the order will be wrong, food will be cold or there will be some other issue. we Have ordered breakfast online on the app and had it refused to be made because theur lines were ling and it was 10:38am when we got to the drivethru window for pickup. (order placed at 10am) and had to wait for 2 days for a refund to go back on our card...and the managnent doesnt have service skills to offer a resolution a coupon or a way to make customers seen or appreciated or valued when there are problems and the 800 # doesnt follow up with you...Today our mcdonalds was out french fries. How is Mcdonalds out of French Fries?? and how do you sell value meals on the apps and delivery services that include fries when you dont have fries there to sell or a replacement item or price adjustment?“

“I had a great experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. The staff was super friendly (Dhara) and got my order out pretty quickly, even though it was a bit busy. I got burger and fries and blizzard was perfectly blended the way I like it and had plenty of toppings in every bite. The place was clean and cozy. Definitely coming back here for sure!“

“My wife and I attended the Grand Opening today and it was fantastic! We counted 9 staff members cranking out sandwiches and it was super busy. They did a great job getting everything out quickly and our food was great! The gentleman at the register "Trinton" was the perfect guy for that job. He is a super friendly guy with a calming presence that really helped within that super crazy busy environment. I think they are doing a great job, and the food was great! GOOD JOB Jersey Mike's! “They have the best fries I've ever had and I'm very very picky about my fries. They have to have the right crispness, salt and be the perfect temperature. These fries were perfect! I was so surprised but pleasantly so.

The fish was nice and crispy on the outside yet tender and flaky on the inside. I will definitely be returning!“

“Y'know what I love? Subway sandwiches. Y'know where I hafta go for a good one? THIS LOCATION. I don't even live in Crossville, but I will always snag a sandwich from this place when I go through, even if I'm not hungry. That's just dinner for later! It's clean, the veggies are crisp, and the bread is fresh. At the Subway near my place it's rare for those three things to be true at once. As if that weren't enough, the staff have always been really chill and helpful. My only issue on atmosphere is with the outside, not inside. The cat pee is rrreally strong on your way in, and that's a turnoff if you don't know how awesome the other side of the door is.“

“Daniel Parsons, manager of the Crossville Hardee's is an excellent person. Great personality. I was complimenting him on such good service. Long storey short I told him to keep up the good work and he could make manager, and he did. He needs help so bad as I go to get breakfast he is so often working alone. Doing it all. He never complaines. Always has great attitude. Please get more involved and help him to keep from leaving. He can help your business so much. He already has, you can see the traffic picking up.“
