“I've traveled the United States and I have Thai food everywhere I go. I mean it when I tell you, I would never write a review on a place. If this place deserves my special time and attention. Not only the best Thai food I've ever had but some of the best food. Extremely clean atmosphere the waiter is excellent. This is my 2nd time here and definitely not my last.”

“1/10/2026, #1 Best meal anywhere is always Longhorns Parm Crusted Chicken & their Mac & Cheese. I eat it twice a month and it’s so tongue flopping incredible! Saturday night was sold out packed but our server Michael was amazing. Just watching him handle all his tables at the same time with so much professionalism so great to see. First class server that should be sought after by Knoxville’s finest restaurants if you’re smart.”

“Every aspect of this place is amazing! Our server was beyond sweet and I saw her treating other families with small kids like her own. The food was also delicious. I got a poke bowl and it tasted amazing (i don’t like poke bowls) but this was an exception. Our server walked us through the menu and made making an order easy peasy. Over all 5 stars!”

“Thank you for going out of your way to help celebrate my special son’s 31st birthday. Jackson has Down Syndrome and is non verbal and loves sports, but isn’t able to play due to his extreme scoliosis - but he loves to watch golf and wanted his party there. I certainly didn’t expect the big sign with his name, a shirt his perfect size and card signed by everyone. You made his day extra special and this mom very happy someone went out of the way. Thank you so much!!”

“New review This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but my family and I won’t be going back—and we can’t recommend it anymore. The last time my dad went in, the owner was surprisingly rude when my dad asked for a to-go order. We’ve done that before without any issue, but this time the owner shut it down in a way that felt really unnecessary. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt—maybe it was just a bad day. But today sealed it for us. My mom stopped by around 2:00 to ask a quick question. The sign said they were open (it clearly said they closed at 2:30), but the owner told her he’d forgotten to switch it off and lock the door. Instead of just letting her leave on her own, he physically put his hand on her back and ushered her out. Not a hard push, he was pushing some to speed her up, it was embarrassing for her—she’s 72, and even that kind of “ushering” can be dangerous if she trips or loses balance. She walks at a normal pace, not slow so it was just rude. Honestly, life happens—I get that people close early sometimes. But there’s no reason to be rude, and absolutely no reason to touch someone like that. Not okay, and not worth supporting anymore. - - - Old review I have been eating here since before 2020. It is an amazing hidden Gem restaurant with a great owner and staff. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I would recommend 10 out of 10 if I could.”

“Wish I’d posted my review sooner. This location is far and above the best Firehouse Subs. They have been so awesome with curbside pickup and take extra efforts to keep us safe. I drive from Bearden just to come to this location. The management is fantastic! We’ll be regular customers for years to come. 💞😄”

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”

“I eat here regularly and always have a hot and fresh meal as everything is prepared as ordered. The staff are excellent and personable! As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. “Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.”
