“Wish I’d posted my review sooner. This location is far and above the best Firehouse Subs. They have been so awesome with curbside pickup and take extra efforts to keep us safe. I drive from Bearden just to come to this location. The management is fantastic! We’ll be regular customers for years to come. 💞😄“

“I eat here regularly and always have a hot and fresh meal as everything is prepared as ordered. The staff are excellent and personable! As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. “The food was great except for a Chewy bun. Shout out to the young lady Thursday night May 15th taking orders. Very patient and kind. When she wasn't taking orders she was busy cleaning tables, checking the drink area and sweeping. We definitely need more young workers like her.“

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“we got the beef shawarma and it was AMAZING. the sauce he gave us with it was similar to tatziki but im not sure what it was. we didnt have enough money at first and he offered to let us eat now and pay later, and he even gave us free waters with our order. coolest guy ever and the food was bomb asf 10/10.“

“Such a good hot dog! I love the fried bratwurst, the skin has just the perfect amount of snap to it. I get mine with just mustard and chili but the menu has so many options.
The thing that always strikes me is that the owners and employees always thank you for coming in and I truly feel like they mean it. You could make a cheaper hot dog at home, for sure, but they really want to give you good food at a reasonable price and they want you to know they appreciate you giving them your business.“

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.“
