“I just wanna take the time to give a shout out to this location. I'm not sure why their rating is already bad because mine and my husband's experience was nothing more than perfect. The food was on point. We work 2nd shift and live in pulaski so after work I was craving waffle house because I'm burnt out on the only 2 places open in our town that late at night. After work friday night on 9/5/25 we went to the fayetteville waffle house. It was around 2am. The cook made some of the best fried and scrambled eggs (over easy) I've had in a long time. The steak was cooked exactly as I requested but the meat wasn't that great due to the type of steak used which has nothing to do with the cook. I wish they still offered the t-bone. The waitress was very friendly and on top of recommendations and any questions I had. She reminded me of what real customer service use to be before people just stopped caring about doing their job. Working with the public is definitely one of her strengths. The whole staff was friendly from the time we walked in to the time we left. No one made us feel like an inconvenience. It was a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Today it's honestly hard to find good customer service but at the fayetteville waffle house that doesn't seem to be a problem. I can't speak for the other shifts but the crew we encountered are definitely employees that should be recognized and appreciated by upper management. You've got an awesome group. Thanks again to the cook for the great food and we will definitely be back. Wish yall were closer to pulaski. And the prices are super affordable which is hard to find nowadays.“
