McDonald's in Franklin

“You get some good deals with great food. McDonald is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch and dinner. My kids love McDonald’s fries and kids meal (happy meal). In one step ahead they love the playing area. It is very quick to order the food and it’s barely have any waiting time even in the peak hours.
About food perspective, it’s about the same quality as other McDonalds. The menu prices are cheap to moderate. Your stomach full if you have just 2 USD plus tax (a McChicken is a dollar).
There are some variety in upper prices like double McChicken etc.,
Also, you will get your favorite McCoffee is about one dollar in any size like Small, Medium and Large.
Now, McDonnald has a self-service kiosk. You can order your food there itself and wait for the server to call your token.
The fries are tasty and you will get in all 3 sizes (small, medium and large). The price wise just a small margin differences between the fries sizes.
Apart from that you will get nice ice cream for the lowest price.
This McDonald was clean and neat including restrooms.
Also, the drive in was fast. You can quickly order and while you’re driving to the next Window your food will be ready.
I had a great experience there.

“Maybe I just got the right crew but today's meal was superb especially for over processed fast food. The team had my order ready as soon as I entered the store and I had just ordered from the app about 3 minutes before arriving. The food itself was great (for a McDonalds) and the service was beyond good. They have a tiny little play area for small children which is a plus for the parents that enjoy quietly eating and the dining area was relatively clean. I'm actually impressed with s.o.s. because they served a DoorDash, My order and a full line at the drive through and got every single order off on time and smooth as silk.“

“Been to this McDonalds a few times. Overall a good McDonald’s in this area. Have had my order messed up a couple times, but they’ve always promptly corrected it. I will say, this is one of the few McDonald’s I’ve been to where the food is actually FAST! Great service, decent food, pretty good prices.“

“Roadtrip dinner on a Friday night. Got my order less than 5 minutes after placing it at the kiosk. The interior was very clean, including the bathroom. Service was friendly, I asked for an extra few sauce packets and the worker got me some no issues. All in all a positive experience just the break I needed on my trip.“

“I've seen here several times for a fast drink or snack. I've had the same problem almost every time where I order through the app 10-15 minutes before, go through the drive through where there's a line as expected. But get to 2nd window to pick up my order and am told to move up to 3rd stall to wait for order. Meanwhile, all cars before and after me ordering on the spot, some with multiple people, are given orders on the spot. So it's sad to think ordering ahead is useless.“
