“I’ve never seen a line triple wrapped around a restaurant until last night & I’ve NEVER received as well of customer service during a rush as I did last night. For starters it took me maybe 15 minutes to order and get my food. As someone who has worked in fast food for years, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how the employees worked together as a team and everything seemed seamless! I can not express how much i recommend this CFA“

Because the picture in the wall's menu have between 3-to-4 times the amount of meat in the real sandwich... Deserves a lonely one ⭐️.
Having said this... the Steak Nuggets are E X C E L L E N T and achieved the other ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The place is clean, and quiet... nobody in, all drive-thru pickups.

Returned the next day for mo'Steak Nuggets + Potato Cakes... A combination with a place in Heaven.

Dunno if I will adventure another sandwich... perhaps just to take and post pictures of the menu vs. the real thing, but will definitely return for Steak Nuggets + Potato Cakes.“

“Superb BBQ experience! The inside has a very rustic feel, including log table legs in some areas. The $3 pulled pork sandwiches are actually BETTER than some much more expensive diners offer, so good I ate all three in one setting with Mac and cheese that was aldenu. Just the pork itself was super tender, amazingly smoky and perfectly topped with a snappy single pickle slice and just the right amount of cool, coleslaw on a soft warm bun. Even the banana pudding cup was the perfect consistency and packed with fresh wafers. The plate was prepared in less time than it took to make the order and the people were friendly. Definitely tip-worthy service but I prefer to tip after service and when I returned to the counter after eating, everyone was gone.“

“Best damn tacos I've ever had in my 25 years of living in Tennessee. And I've tried all kinds of different restaurants.

They put enough steak on their street tacos, that what ever falls off while you're eating them is enough to make another taco.
As far as their burritos go, I'm a big eater and it's everything I can do to just finish one.

These people DEFINITELY DO NOT SKIMP on the amount of food that they sell you.

And the prices are more than reasonable.

“The general manager, Hannah, at this establishment is wonderful. Each time I go into the restaurant I am greeted with a smile and she remembers my order. Her hospitality echoes throughout the entire establishment and she makes it feel like home! I love coming here for my delicious breakfast. “Usually on top of it at this location but not today. Was asked what I wanted to order. Only 3 items I was Mcdouble no onion large coke and 4 piece nugget. Then the young lady says what was that again. Like she had a short attention span. Then my Mcdouble comes with onion. No straw for drink and left out dipping sauce.“

“Showed up right before closing. The server was very nice and prompt service. They weren’t the least bit irritated I showed up minutes before closing. I will happily go out of my way to go to your Sonic from here on. The Sonic on Belvedere has the worst service I’ve ever seen and I’m in the restaurant business. “This is our favorite JJ and we have been to many especially since it’s my husbands favorite sandwich place. The customer service is always on point. Everyone is super friendly and fun to talk to and be around they do a great job making your sandwich, getting everything correct and making sure you’re taken care of, the place is very clean. What blows my mind is the entitled people that have been here many times and have great experiences but then have ONE bad experience and write a one star review ? explain that one to me? “Sonic in Gallatin it's really really good I went around I want to say 9:00 ish I think and the workers there are nice they are quick and they are very respectful and God bless their hearts because people like me and my friends we go there after pickleball and I know they just want to go home haha but the foods amazing the atmosphere is awesome and the service is really great I do highly recommend Sonic and Gallatin“
