“This is our favorite JJ and we have been to many especially since it’s my husbands favorite sandwich place. The customer service is always on point. Everyone is super friendly and fun to talk to and be around they do a great job making your sandwich, getting everything correct and making sure you’re taken care of, the place is very clean. There’s really nothing to be disappointed about. What blows my mind is the entitled people that have been here many times and have great experiences but then have ONE bad experience and write a one star review ? explain that one to me? Their review should definitely be 5 stars. 10/10 is come here again.“

“I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Egg salad has always been my go-to order here — honestly, it’s the main reason I choose Chicken Salad Chick over other lunch spots. So I was shocked to learn that this location has stopped serving it.

What makes it even more frustrating is that other Chicken Salad Chick locations are still offering egg salad, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation as to why it was discontinued here. It felt like the decision was brushed off, and as a loyal customer, that was really disappointing.

Unfortunately, without egg salad on the menu, I don’t see myself coming back to this location. It was the one thing I consistently ordered, and now I can’t get it anymore. I truly hope they bring it back in the future — if they do, I’ll happily return.“

“We were at the Gallatin location on 6/13 for dinner, and the staff was so friendly and kind. You can tell they care more than most. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that waited on you first, but she was so patient and friendly. She had such a great personality. Everyone was great though. It was getting very busy and an older gentleman was a bit rude in front of us, but they handled themselves well. It’s not often that service industry workers can be that kind and patient. You have a great staff! Chick-fil-A level in my opinion.“

“I had the best meatball sub i’ve probably ever had from Subway this morning. Extra marinara, black olives, provolone and Parmesan cheese toasted on cheese bread. I only recommend going in the morning or around lunch when it’s fresher ?? whoever made my sandwich this morning thank you“

“I would like to give a huge shout out to the entire team at this Subway. They went above and beyond for my company order. So many sandwiches were made!! Not only did they do an outstanding job on the two orders I placed online, they excelled with every challenge I threw at them. Calling for a rush order of sandwiches, called a month later for a receipt! They didn't skip a beat. Got me everything in a timely manner and smiles on their faces!!!! Best Subway in town.“

“5 stars . I was shopping for chili ingredients at food lion. Made the mistake of bottomless mimosas and needed to use the facilities of which food lion had closed . I was welcomed with kindness , with no intention of purchasing a foot long , I was still welcomed to use the clean restrooms by the employees . It smelt amazing and in that moment of relieving myself , I questioned if I should instead ditch my cart at food lion. I made sure to thank the staff for their welcoming nature and gave them my gratitude . I’ll be there in the future for lunch . Thanks team !“
