“I got carry out one night while staying in Gatlinburg. I did a mobile order and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I was able to walk right in and get the food. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a Philly cheesesteak calzone. Both items tasted great and were served hot. I also ordered some of the cinnamon pull apart bread. It was really good and sweet. I would definitely recommend this location.“

“I've always loved McDonald's on occasion, but normally most McDonald's are horrible to deal with. Well this isn't the case for this location. The drive thru was fast. Everyone was nice. I had to sit in spot 1 to get my food. The gentlemen that brought the food out was really nice, and most importantly, all my food was correct. I just wish the McDonald's in my home town was this great.“

“I visited on not a typical day. Visiting on the day of the 50th annual Christmas Parade, the sidewalks were packed and not to much going on inside the shops. Service was great, I was greeted with a smiling friendly face, she promptly took my order and just as quickly received my order and was ready to go back to the sidewalks.
The pretzels were warm and soft with just enough salt. If you enjoy a soft warm pretzel then this would be the ideal place“

“The best Subway! Anytime we come here, the bread is always fresh. The vegetables are fresh. The service is fast even when they are busy. The staff is friendly while completing the order.The restaurant is also super clean. We have been here twice this week, same service each time.“

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“
